    @ViCustomerCare Everything is working fine now. The network fluctuates most of the time and results in low internet quality and high ping. 1mbps speed is enough for me but I want a good Ping (below 70ms) Pls fix this. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Its Abhishek. FYI, Vi 4G is not SuperFAST internet. Not CA/4+. The issue was sorted out by the Store person and not CC team. I messaged resolved as to not continue chatting on the same. Since you used it for campaign, I am forced to tweet above. Thank you.

    Totally frustrated with delayed resolution of Ref. No MNG-V00887226732 by Vodafone Idea. They say there is congestion. Data not working for two weeks now. Such delay is unacceptable. Their response by agents seems like Bots are responding. 😥 @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw
