@VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea, charge customer without ensuring proper network availability. They are one of the most pathetic service providers in India. Social media team and on ground support team don’t sync with each other.

@ViCustomerCare Facing network issues at home.. Everyone who calls complains that voice is breaking or they can't hear anything.. Sometimes the call connects and i can't hear the other person.. Pls resolve this asap.
