@ViCustomerCare Ordered a prepaid sim online from vi website and they deducted ₹299 also but when i called customer care they are saying there is no service to buy sim online. what does it mean your official site has option just to loot money ? or your staff is not aware

@ViCustomerCare At the time of Phone Call, Internet Services are turned off and after complaining you earlier your customer executive enabled VOLTE services and then Internet connection is not cutting off but it becoms slower like its 2G.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup The store guy is asking me to either port my current number in vodafone to get that number for free or pay 1250 rupees. Is this how you grow your customer network ??? I'm not going to pay for it I want my number for free !!! Help @BandBajaateRaho
