    @ViCustomerCare Disgusting Vi! For activation of one number I visited ur store 4 times but still its not activated.This is d service u provide to ur customer. Will port my other 3 vi number in @reliancejio @airtelindia .worst service i ever seen #WorstVi

    @ViCustomerCare No need. Your appellate team has updated me that my area is surrounding by building and advised me to use vi vowifi. So, I am moving to a better service provider!

    @DoT_India Thanks for your response. Please take action against the @ViCustomerCare and their worst services. I'm waiting for the resolution of recharge benefits issues since long time and I've been assured for the benefits. I've already raised several complaints but no resolution yet.

    @ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. I'm waiting for the resolution since July for the recharge issue and I've been assured several times for the resolution. No one taking action against the @ViCustomerCare and no one bother to resolve the issue. @DoT_India please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare I have made recharge yesterday for my prepaid plan. Money was deducted and recharge was not credited even I have a success bill. Services were not available and I lost money. Need help asap .
