    @ViCustomerCare Still denied to waive the charges. Don't go for Vi they r asking me to pay Rs. 4246 and charging false amount. I am now going to consumer court to seek help. @jagograhakjago @TRAI Help us as this is our hard earn money. Now threatening that we will not waive the charges.

    @ViCustomerCare What ******** i am not getting otps to login in your own app, as i am not prepaid customer. I am Postpaid customer. Though being a postpaid customer i am not getting otps, even banking . Many of my friends complaining that my number is in switchoff state.

    @ViCustomerCare : Pathetic customer support by VI. My vi sim is not showing signal from last 4 days and i am not getting any real support from Vi team besides multiple reminders.

    @ViCustomerCare BC first improve your network connectivity! Every week there is an outage! Can't access 4g ! What's the point of high speed if you can't even provide access!

    My idea no is 7217388073 I have so many recharges available on this no but still there is no internet speed. there are no proper network , Kindly see this issue as soon as possible otherwise i will change my network soon... @Idea @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service you provide. 4G internet doesn't work like 4G anymore. Porting to jio at least it gives better complaint handling. I called to service center it didn't connect to any person. And bots advertise for such a long time.

    @ViCustomerCare With vi now totally poor service. My elderly parents having internet issues and visiting 4times to store to fix but no luck. Sales people speak nicely but nothing will move. I am going port my parents sim to airtel. Frustrated
