@ViCustomerCare Our network is very poor and call drop is frequent. Request to check signal strength with your team. It's an apartment and all users using VI network facing similar problem. If this type problem persists, we have to port out.

@ViCustomerCare Every time your service team said there is some problem still exists pl wait for some time but problem is same.l always. recharge for six months so my service validity up to December 22 l was for paid for 1.5 GB net and unlimited calls for every day but I can't use your internet
