    @ViCustomerCare it has been around 3 days since my SIM has stopped working. I am unable to make/receive calls in midst of this pandemic! No resolution by the Vi team yet, neither any intimation of the ETA for it! Very disappointed! Pathetic customer experience

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. I am located in the Mukundapur area in Kolkata, and we're experiencing an interruption in services since today morning, including calls, text messages and internet services. For people relying solely on your network, communication has come to a standstill.

    @RadheyS63998971 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Please contact JIO store, they will do portout in 10 min. You need to show Aadhar card. Same number continued. For postpaid you need to pay monthly bill 15 days advance. VI IS THE WORST If you don't pay the bill, VI will create troubles and you won't be able to portout. I did.

    Hi Team, Now I am feeling like, Customer care team is not at all working on the issue which I have raised. On 29th April, there was heavy rain and Vi network gone. I tried to tweet and follow up multiple times but i am not getting any response.Again "Any Update?" @ViCustomerCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing extrmly poor netwrk coverage in my area since i chose you. Rly disappointed. Had complained b4.but nothing happened. I think, i need 2 look for other options now. My Area pincode is 273015 (Gorakhpur, UP) @ViCustomerCare cn u do some wonder?

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged one month data but I can't use internet properly bcoz your data speed is very very slow. I m facing problem since recharged. But next time I will port this number bcoz when I not recharge ur company stop incoming . @PMOIndia @RahulGandhi
