    @ViCustomerCare Nothing has hapnd after mul complaints, while taking the pack they say both T mobile & At&T,after coming here only Tmobile works which has no network and AT&T does not allow calls..VI is looting their customer care bluffs giving wrong info @ViVodaidea @ETTelecom

    @ViCustomerCare Afreen says “TAT for my earlier complaint is 1pm on 13th (today). So I should wait till 1 and if the complaint isn’t addressed, tweet again and they’ll take a fresh complaint and give me a fresh tat”. Is this even logical? It’s 48 hours already 😢.

    @ViCustomerCare porting soon because every time i raised a complaint against my data speed they reduce the past data speed . the worst service i have ever faced is vodafone fk
