  @ViCustomerCare Outgoing calls are barred for me.unable to even call 199 or 198. Also through vi app..OTP is getting generated but when I go to see the OTP and then enter it..Vic restarts the same process. Please help urgent

  @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer service you can get from this Sim provider my Mobile is lost went for Sim replacement the gallery person is saying since the KYC is not updated need to change it to Post paid

  @ViCustomerCare @vodafone As a vodafone customer i think i never need 📞 caller tunes 🔕🎼! Because user need network for 📞 caller tunes... If network not available how can i use this service! My caller tune is, Dial no is switched off... Pathetic service by vodafone..😡🤬

  @ViCustomerCare @sastryy Dear @ViCustomerCare your representatives call and assure of the services but you still end up troubling. Kindly let the customers know that you cannot manage your customer base. Let some other service providers take care.
