    @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.

    @anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.
