    @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare I initiated the process. Payment for prepaid plan was also done but then at swlf kyc stage the page was unresponsive and not able to resume. Can you please help? I have the order number.

    @ViCustomerCare Already replied in DMs. Asking for 3 more days (Sept 2) for a delayed order isn't a solution. Please cancel & initiate my refund today so this can be closed.

    @ViCustomerCare Request for MNP in same Chennai circle was given on 27-Aug-26. Was advised tat it'll be ported in 3 days. Still it's not done and facing the issue. All details to VI r shared on DM @TRAI @jagograhakjago - pls don't be spectator & look into the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare i ported my family connections from Airtel and Jio to Vodafone postpaid. Number is ported but there is no network showing in both connecting after 12 hours yet. What is going on. Need resolution.
