    @ViCustomerCare It's been 2 working days I've requested for MNP and also paid the initial recharge amount. There is no resolution even after talking to your support team multiple times already. I'm leaving town for the next couple of weeks and it's urgent. Is this how you welcome? #vi #airtel

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service. Req for deactivntn of 3 family plan postpaid numbers before 2 months, not deactivated, charged another 1000Rs for bill, now asking billing plans for veriffn. If I hv nt used nos, dnt hv SIMs hw do I gv verifn. Not able to deactivate!
