@ViCustomerCare is pretty horrible. Have paid all outstanding but am hounded and threatened daily for random new charges. This is absolute harassment. Tried to call their team and complain as well but they keep deflecting. @TRAI

I have Vi postpaid sim with international roaming of 5999 And I paid Bill of 6000 And I cannot make a outgoing call ,Outgoing SMS .I talked Vi costumer Care.1 hour With 2 person 40 min and 20 min both Of them Cut my call after that . Very poor service Vi @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hello Manish here I am using VI service from last 12 years and but in recent times facing lot of issues due to extra charges on every bill and extra added unnecessary charges too .. Coustomer care says extra charges will be removed ....
