@ViCustomerCare Seems made a mistake by porting to Vi. Your store is closed for 3 days. Can't make calls, can't do UPI payment, I'm stuck. I ported my another vi to @JioCare and there wasn't any issues. FRC was activated as soon as Jio sim started.

@ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with your service. We are facing an issue and when called to CC your representatives are not behaving properly. They say number I've been using for 10 years doesn't belong to me. Is this how you treat your customers? Do you think we are frauds?

@ViCustomerCare trying for MNP but always recieve a message that there is a contratual agreement so you cannot, also customer care executive says that SR cannot be generated from our side. How do i know if my complaint is registered.
