    Hii @ViCustomerCare my home adress in vi sim is bihar but now i am shifted to new delhi for my study i have always keep Open my data roaming on to use internet otherwise i am not able to use internet as it show you are away from your home. So fix this issue

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare there is no network/service since morning to My VI sim. Also not able to login vi app to report issue as OTP is being received on mail and no network to sim. This is my important sim and want it resolved asap

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Had booked a home delivery of prepaid sim and paid the amount too. 60hours passed now. Still have no clue, no call, no message. I called up customer care number but they have given fake promises. FEELING CHEATED.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I don't know how can you say that problem solve . I am also suffering with same network problem . I am daily using flight mode more then 50 times in a single day only for massage sending . At night this problem on peak level
