It's now been three weeks since @ViCustomerCare have blocked my outgoing and are forcing me to go to a service center to get a new sim when the sim I am currently using is 6 months old. Absolutely ridiculous service provider. Going to have to port out.

@ViCustomerCare Network issue big time since relocating! No customer care resolution either. 4G comes goes comes goes every 5 sec. Bars are there. Postpaid. @ViBusinessIndia Resolve it or say clearly you can't. @TRAI Don't behave like Salman Khan or I will port out.

@ViCustomerCare Vowifi only two samsung models support Vi Vowifi? Jio supports all major manufacturers, Similarly Airtel support all brands for Vowifi. Vi only supports less than a dozen? Samsung A50 A505F only two models for Vi Vowifi? Its a Shame.

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday your network came after long 6 hours and today your internet is not working. Do You know why vi is loosing customer after giving exciting offers the reason is poor network coverage poor internet connectivity almost everywhere in india. Network sahi karo

@ViCustomerCare for a week network worked fine...but since yesterday back to square one...facing same issues with Internet speed in 'fastest 4G', whatsapp msgs are taking forever to deliver...bank app not opening, tried to do payment via Paytm...couldn't do... @ViCustomerCare
