    Hi @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service from the start up, paid for Porting and opted for the Home Sim Delivery, but utter surprise 2 days gone no call from your side. Requesting to refund the amount ASAP. Recent ported another no to #Airtel they have very prompt service.

    The network coverage of this Vi is too much poor as well as the mobile data continuously goes on and off several times due to network issue. I have to move on if VI won't resolve my issues. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I lost a 12-year-old prepd sim, I headed to vi store to reissue the same number. Lady said I won't be able to get the same number in prepd but can get it in postpd. After my 3rd visit she gave me a sim and said it'll be actv in 24 hrs. 2days gone still no network.
