    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team,I got my sim changd frm 3g to 4g. Documentation was done on ur store at Pin:800014. My old sim stopped working and the new one is not enabled yet.Ths was done on 11th march.ur customer care is sayin it's still not processed. Store is closed tday.plz help!

    @ViCustomerCare Very Pathetic Service at your Kharghar Vodafone Store. First on 04Mar associate (Sagar) told me that company has changed its policy on Post to Pre and now it can be done only after 120days and now i have been waiting at the store since 1 hour and no one assist.
