    @ViCustomerCare Well I'm not using Vi anymore coz I've surrendered the sim a year back bcz of the very very bad network connectivity, dat was a VIP postpaid no. 9594411110 nd I paid around 500 bucks, I went to vi store, lodged a complaint, surrendered the sim nd sent an email to deactivate it.

    @ViCustomerCare, Dr Vodafone Idea, what a irrelevant response 4m ur IVRS. If I dont hav enof balance r validity then ur IVRS shld giv the proper error r info but it shouldnt invalidate the number i am going dail like "Plz check the no u r dailing". Wht a poor quality service
