    @ViCustomerCare its over Vi you are losing a customer. I'm going to port to @JioCare when my recharge ends. Your slow 5G is so frustrating. The most used button on my phone is the airplane mode thanks to vi, not a single day passes without using the airplane mode 😠.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Sir/Madam, Recently, I migrated from @ViCustomerCare . I was assured by jio person that after 1 month, I can convert to prepaid to jio postpaid. But, when I tried it, I received a message, those migrated from Vi, can't become postpaid of jio. Pl. help

    Very disappointing service from Vodafone Idea. Since 4 Mar my 2 numbers can't receive calls/SMS, bank OTPs blocked for a week. Customer care, email & store visits = zero solution. After 4 months of such service, I’m porting all 5 family numbers out. #VI @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
