    Dear @ViCustomerCare this is what I use to get VI network and can’t even use basic call facilities on a postpaid. I am in the centre of the city…Please suggest, if I need to port to @JioCare or @airtelindia ? Even after complaint for network issue no action taken to fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello VI, What a good service you have provided, you executives are very uneducated and they don't want to do work they always have an excuse that system is not working, so do ine thing shut down your company it is better that we will pay little more.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare is it compulsory fo the customers to purchase an postpaid connection for those customers who are the earlier customer and holding the old company name sim card vodafone and Ideaa and are still operational users of VI network if they want update on VI sim

    @ViCustomerCare cant make calls to toll free number 18002094324 (IDBI Bank cust care) and 198 (complaint). Why has VI blocked these toll free numbers? 18002094324 is much accessible from @airtelindia , do I need to port to @airtelindia to connect to these numbers?
