    @mojilo_manas @viragthakkar @ViCustomerCare They always do the same thing. They will charge you for some services which you haven't heard or opted for and if you register a complain then they will reverse it. Just think of those people who do not register any complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t want any help. I’m criticising your service. Even though we are making recharges time to time still you are restricting us from sending a text message unless we do recharge above 128. Is this a TRAI regulation? Because @reliancejio doesn’t have such kind of policies.

    @viragthakkar @ViCustomerCare I agree they have become robbers. Worst part is @TRAI is not taking action and they do not have a complaint dispute process. How are they operating without any regulatory compliance
