  Am very loyal Vi Customer since years, I am using family plans and don’t want to port out Vinnumbers to other network, my recent experience at Vi store was very weird, staff was too rude, there is no reply to my 8 emails sent @ViCustomerCare pls look into the matter🙏🏼

  @TelcoOmbudsman @ViCustomerCare please note there is zero network of vodafone and still they are asking for bill payments and have been threatning to send goons to collect payments and cancel the connection for the numbers for which bills are paid.
