    @ViCustomerCare Most worse service team I have ever seen, in Whatsaap chat service no one responded u and guid u probably, I was stuck in a problem but customer service team not responding me, I m from India but at present I m in Qatar I SIM network is not working, I can't use.

    @ViCustomerCare My cell network is not working at present I m out of India in Qatar, I have my balance of Rs. 500. **** this type of service plz don't use this network service customr support is so worse than JIO and Airtal.

    @DoT_India @TRAI Are you reall aware that @ViCustomerCare is not providing option to the customer for Do not disturb service? They are not having customer care connectivity option for 1909 to block the unwanted sms (daily 100 from vi) and calls 20 per day. 1909 is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare network in my locality is very slow and in some part of my house there are no network and customer care service is also pathetic plese help me to resolved the problem otherwise I will stop using vi network
