@ViCustomerCare I am not able to send SMS. 198 is not working. No option to talk to cust care in 199. Raised a ticket through chatbot (MNG-V00563903050) & it's closed but not sure what it was for. Sending sms is critical for many apps to validate. Pls look into it urgently.
