    @VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I have been facing a weird problem with my VI sim. Whenever I am on 2g/3g mode I getting call waiting notification. But when I am on 4g VOLTE mode I am not getting this msg. And my friend who have VI they are not hvng this issue. So help.
