@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Since Mr. Takkar and his entire Vi team is sleeping since 2 years and unable to resolve the below concerns: a. Ongoing call interuption b. Frequent call drop c. Poor data speed Thinking to move #Airtel with hope to not have above issues and better services than #VI.

@VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

@ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

@ViCustomerCare Bought new Vi Postpaid sim from a dealer, Number is now suspended after usage of 10 days. Bill generated of Rs. 298.18 and dealer took 300 Rs. deposit which is not reflected in the system. Got scammed by Vi India. No help from dealer & Vi.

@ViCustomerCare, since 2nd October, 2021, we are facing constant network issues. Saturday n Sunday 2nd n 3r Oct 21, were total zero network. We have 3 Vi Sim and due to such outage, we were helpless in emergency situation. Till date, the situation of the network is pathetic.
