Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

Forget about 4G, @VodafoneGroup @vodafoneIN, can't even provide proper network and has frequent voice drop ... And it claims to be fastest 4G providers of India.... All false claims....

@ViCustomerCare Cx excutive (Ramesh) have been harass when i have called for a query related to my network issue. No proper call quality, the excutive is sleeping on the call and asking me be professional.I will Highly recommend you to not to take vi sim card

@ViCustomerCare Even though I’ve unlimited prepaid pack valid till 2nd October, strange enough it tells me I’ve zero balance so I cannot make calls. Customer support on call as well told me they see ‘no problem’ and refused to understand my problem. Terrible service.

@ViCustomerCare have yr intl roaming pack for 28 days since Aug 18 in US. Cant receive/make calls. Internet also just started day before . Repeated reminders and emails of no solution . Latest reqNo 3-119144404199. Pl help
