    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone has become another name of fraud, their only work is to take the customer money by all means. They does not want to talk to customer and become totally frustrated after seeing huge losses in it. Bad behavior from SUKJEVAN Sing. 7889653324 /8494025180

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Ms Sabita from vodafone india contacted me for another bill after I had to port to jio when vodafone did not help with deactivation. Ms sabita was very unprofessional and did not care to check the details or what the customer is expecting or going through.

    @ViCustomerCare There was a VAS deduction, I unsubscribed it within 24 hours but I don't get the money back. And called your customer care number 3 times throughout the day, Every time I was refused to help by you. And you can't even be able to arrange a call back.

    @ViCustomerCare When network is so terrible that even calls to 198 get dropped due to bad connectivity and thus unable to register complains on same I hope you realise the irony of the above situation I am tired of shenanigans from Voda Resolve the issue
