    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare You have resolved the reported matter. Thanks. But the problem should not exists in the system. Anyone who does not check will loose the money without any valid reason. Instead, increase your prices to increate the ARPU.

    @ViCustomerCare is torturing me calling daily to pay my bill generated on Dec 2021 when I have already ported my number to Jio in August 2021. They claim they can still see number active in VI and forcing me to pay bill. Will anyone check or I have to file a legal complaint
