  Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

  @ViCustomerCare There has been no 4g connection in my area since the launch of 4g in assam.And now even its getting worse my 3g connection is also not working since last 9 days, i am unable to do my online classes.I dont have any idea when net is gonna restore.Hope u solve this .

  @ViCustomerCare Hello Surprise to note, similar response inspite of complaint on twitter. Neither got call nor my problem is fixed. Do I need to send this complaint communication to someone else or I just request Airtel or Jio to save me from Vodafone whose 26 years customer I m.
