    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone has become another name of fraud, their only work is to take the customer money by all means. They does not want to talk to customer and become totally frustrated after seeing huge losses in it. Bad behavior from SUKJEVAN Sing. 7889653324 /8494025180

    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone from a very Long Time but now lot of issues with them , meanwhile so much Poor service , Technical Errors . Want to Port my Sims , shall I go with @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews or with @reliancejio @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have deactivated & as verified through calling 198, It clearly mentions as not VAS is activated. But every month I m getting below sms & amount is getting deducted. Kindly fix, "hello thank you for choosing to access sports you have been charged rs. 5"

    @ViCustomerCare my mobile network not available since morning-I'm WFH and It's ridiculous when there is no proper response from ur customer care. Connect with this 10yr old customer now and resolve my issue or lose me to number portability with ur competiton. I am waiting .

    @ViCustomerCare Go to hell. Bunch of fools seating for customer service. Just keep making notes for 3 days. I wish you had made so many notes when u were in ur schools.

    I have called the customer service thrice and no response. I have emailed, and even contacted the service on whatsApp, but no response. @ViCustomerCare is of no help. My balance got deducted for a service I did not activate and I demand refund.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer care, taken money & formalities to transfer sim post paid 2 pre paid but nothing done so far. my no 9811183402 is closed now by them. no reply of previous mesaage 4 solution.dont buy VI connection. Alternate no.9811183401

    @ViCustomerCare Lets see Anaya if any one calls up. Pls ensure he / she must have the knowledge of the issue rather than I start afresh explaining them. As I have explained the same issue to more than 10 persons..

    Vi has worst network strenght , i am not able to send even a whatsapp massege. How they claim for best internet speed. I complained many times but they are not taking any actions . @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare 50 rs from my balance got deducted for some mydala powered scheme, which I did not activated. And customer support is of no help. Last month also it happened and they refunded the money. And now again. What kind of loot is this?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I had ported my Number from Jio to VI . But its the 4 day today and still the Porting is not Processed and the new sim is not active yet. Kindly help me and get my new VI activated at the earliest!!
