    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone from a very Long Time but now lot of issues with them , meanwhile so much Poor service , Technical Errors . Want to Port my Sims , shall I go with @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews or with @reliancejio @JioCare

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of service do you provide to me, I had no network on my phone since morning. You humiliated me with your poor relationship with the customers, I surely port my number & register a complaint regarding this for what purpose I will pay you my bill now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Kindly provide an update. I was committed a response within 24 hours by floor supervisor. It’s more than 3 days since then and no update yet. In total waiting for more than 2 weeks with no service in my phone . I have been billed for services i have not used.

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing gonna happen. Only network technician from VI visits my society premises and then say turn on Vo-Wifi. If i am using basic handset for VI sim then how to turn on Vo-Wifi

    @ViCustomerCare I had to put my foot down and ask ke digital age mein just post a pandemic I’m being told an unwell parent has to come to the damn centre for a freaking sim. So they find an alternative. How much you guys must be harassing the less educated or meek ones! Such bullies!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is the way Vodafone is treating customers. sending inflated bills for services not used. After raising concern no updates since 2 weeks except we are working on it. When I follow up floor supervisor( I don’t want to name) is rude and unprofessional .
