    @VodafoneIN The Vodafone has become another name of fraud, their only work is to take the customer money by all means. They does not want to talk to customer and become totally frustrated after seeing huge losses in it. Bad behavior from SUKJEVAN Sing. 7889653324 /8494025180

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I am using 8140801908 no from 2009. From last 2 days getting error "not registered on network" Visited makarpura customer care center. They informed that this no. Is registered to other person name. What rubbish is this? How it can be possible? Give me solution.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Sir/Madam I have raised a concern with @ViCustomerCare regarding my bill and subscription since 3rd April. Every time customer care asks to wait. It has been 10 days now and issue is not resolved. I even asked them to put me to other plan. But no response.

    Day 6 and @ViCustomerCare still hasnt resolved my problem. They keep asking saying it will be resolved in 48 hours and that they have escalated the issue to the concerned department. I am not sure when the issue will be resolved

    @ViCustomerCare What about the data we never use as majority of consumers has WiFi services at their places, do you compensate on it, or you guys ad that leftover in the next reload, which consumer doesn't consume

    @ViCustomerCare 100+ hours passed but still didn't get solution about #Vi network connectivity. is this truly #Vi giganet ?? Vi 4g doesn't running well and you guys starting #5G ?? I've received alternative proposal from @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I have port in from @Airtel_Presence to Vodafone(postpaid) but now I am not able to convert it to prepaid connection. Earlier I have postpaid connection. customer care I was told that it will get changed but now gallerywala is saying to wait 3 months
