    @ViCustomerCare one of worst plans and worst service we are getting from #vi #vodafoneidea in India. One my family member recharged with 99 and Vodafone executive says we won’t allow outgoing SMS with this you have to pay more sms service, how do we send sms for banking services?

    @TRAI, @ViCustomerCare is forcing me to cancel port to @airtelindia by spamming me via SMS and calling and saying in order to proceed with the port I need to SMS CANCEL phonenumber to 1900. Their network has lots of dropped calls at almost 50%.

    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare how bad is your executive from Malad 64 branch barthi. She took the prepaid sim and cancel it and gave postopaid card without customer intention. She is telling JIO to vi is compulsory need to postpaid . How she her behavior to customers is not acceptable.
