Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare Thanks I have a prayer that where I live now the network is very poor, If suddenly the VI network signal drops, can't you check and fix the network? Even though I left Jio and became a Vodafone customer, I had to take an extra #airtel4g connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @ViCustomerCare I ported from Voda to Jio. 5mnth later suddenly Jio deactivated. After multiple emails I was told Voda wants 486rs to give no due clearance. I paid Voda and gave Jio all docs bt sim still not active. Pls help. I need to use my bank A/c linked to my number
