@DebnathAk @ViCustomerCare That 4 GB/day data plan is the back bone of your company. Otherwise there are other issues with Vi and that we are tolerating just because of 4 GB / day data plan. So, requesting you to resume 4 GB/day plan at 539 Rs. Otherwise I'm gonna switch my network to Jio after 2 months🙏

@ViCustomerCare I have already emailed you the details around 2 weeks back. I got a call and reply first. Tried out all the steps, didn't work and sent a repeat email. Didn't get any response to that. Have dmed you the customer interaction number so you can take it directly.
