    @ViCustomerCare Really pathetic way of managing customers. no choice of continue service even after 10 yrs with VI. I am literally struggling with damaged simcard in USA and giving unrealistic options for simple exchange simcard. I am really not happy at all with vi services.

    @ViCustomerCare one of theeee most slowest 4 g i ever used i am not satisfied with the speed i heard 4g is some what's above 20 mbs but i am not getting 100kb even 100 kb is recieved it is not loading ..... Worst experience i definitely port to other providers.....

    @ViCustomerCare Team, this is utter disappointment, despite activating international roaming well in time before my start, I have no access to services, I am being asked dumb questions rather than someone really looking into the matter and fixing the issue.

    @Suryaka21043360 @ViCustomerCare I tried with multiple complaint as I keep travelling to Jeypore finally I shifted from VI as they didn't solve my network problem, I was VI customer for 15 years and they don't care for customer.
