@ViCustomerCare I transitioned from postpaid to prepaid on 15 April but despite making the payment at store, my 1st recharge hasn't been done. My phone has been inactive for 2 days - No contact# available for Vi-Store Jail Road. Customer care isn't helpful. Disappointing service.

I switched my sim and Vi (idea) has been calling continuously. Bhai nahi switch back karna. Please stop calling. They have called 14 times since yesterday evening (since I didn't pick up) Even today (twice) at 8:30 IN THE MORNING ON A SUNDAY. WTF ?!?!?! @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage apparently and people unable to call. The phone toggles between full network display and no network. Place where this is happening is my residence
