    @ViCustomerCare I have already been cleared that at same location my other 2 numbers of VI with same plan are working good but you peoples why asking the location again and again. Why you peoples are buying the time instead of have any solution.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using ur network from last 10 years or more but now from last 2 month I got very very bad network I am facing lots of issue in your network I visited to ur customer service centre and I changed my sim also but the problem still remain no solution getting yet

    @ViCustomerCare outgoing SMS are not working. In this com.. world sms srvice is not working on the phone it means 0 service from VI. I tkld to CCE 1) CCE : change msg center no 2) If you don't have bln more than 128 rs then work Can you resolve my issue i am frusting
