    @ViCustomerCare This is seriously unacceptable, I’ve raised my concern clearly, yet all I’m getting is copy-paste replies with no real action. Enough delays — I need a real resolution, not excuses. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll escalate it further. #PoorService

    I m verge of losing 17 year old vodafone number. Shock to see how vi treat their loyal customer. My sim card got damaged so I went to vi store for replacement. But store telling me that I have to convert it to vi postpaid to get my no. back. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare World's Third Class Data Network in Bhiwandi of Vi, not even 2G is working. Yes why you know? Because Bhiwandi is the city son of STEP MOTHER and in Mumbai it's 5G, as it is a city of Son of Real Mother, Kalyan still far from Mumbai no roaming, Bhiwandi Roaming
