    @ViCustomerCare Just received the worst customer care from VI. They kept me hanging for my unwell Dad’s SIM for a couple of days. After taking him to the store well before the closing time, they told me that they have closed the gallery an hour before time. Worst Customer Care.!

    @ViCustomerCare extremely frustrating experience with Vi. Trying to recharge my pre-paid number after activation for the past 2 hrs... Nothing works. Everytime i try and call customer care I am directed to. Some default number that only talks about offer from Vi... Ughhh.Pls help

    @ViCustomerCare What's status of my complaint?? Problem still not resolved. I shall Port all 7 Family Post Paid Numbers in next week if problem will not be resolved till Monday. Customer Care says they have no details of my Complain.

    @ViCustomerCare @Ryteshh @ViCustomerCare very poor services we paid for good internet service but vi giving us less then 100kb sometimes good more then 5mb but most off time vi internet down network gone if call customer then they said we don't have network there then why we paid money
