Highly disappointed with @ViCustomerCare. No resolution and fake promises. Moving on from Vi! Won't recommend anyone also. Will port my father's sim from Vi as well :-(

@ViCustomerCare I have no Hope or Expectations from Your customer care service. I have already made four Trips to your store Just to get a Replacement Sim Card Something which could be Done In 2 Hours. Now I have to make Another Trip Tomorrow To Collect My Sim Card which is also Not Sure.
