In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you wont get any calls. But it never ends.. Such a nonsense company

  @ViCustomerCare Last friday my wife lost a Vi sim registered under her name, we visited local store twice and eventually got duplicate sim but received sms saying your request can't be processed without explaining the reason. Plz help, will share detail over DM @WarriorAnamika

  @ViCustomerCare this is really a bad experience. I raised a complaint KEL-V00439886316. I didn't get a call to the number I gave. One of my unrelated friend told they got called and message with the same complaint number. What is the meaning of this?

  VI's Internet symbol has been missing for about 3 hours. The number of times it was done. When a phone comes from there it is said. Your problem is resolved. Our company is now giving you a better network. (1/3) @ViCustomerCare
