    @VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @airtelindia totally froud service provided by VI. many times deducted my balance without any call or messages. I've called to customer care executive . They told me to complaint consumer care.

    @ViCustomerCare My sim has lost it's services and was not working since 6th July,I can't call or use internet Vi customer care adviced me to get a replacement sim, yesterday I took a replacement sim and it's showing no service , 48hrs has passed still my sim is not Active

    @ViCustomerCare I requested a SIM upgrade yesterday and I was given a replacement SIM saying that it will work after 4 hours. Neither it is working nor I can contact anyone to help! On Sunday, Vi stores are closed, can you see how embarassing this is?? can anyone ESCALATE?????
