@VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

@ViCustomerCare Power cuts are normal things in villages but there is no power backup service at local cell tower, due to this no calls, SMS and no data services. We the VI users are facing this problem from the last one year. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem.
