    @VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

    Finally i got my prepaid sim again thanks to @ViCustomerCare especially mr. Swapnil. But i like to mention some concerns 1) As i was not interested in using a postpaid network still you ported without consent i should not get a bill for this 1 week.

    @ViCustomerCare Your team will get in touch just for the formality but eod no outcome of any solution. From 7/8 months I have been facing this issue.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Very Pathetic Service and also consumer support. Number which was suspended on 1/11/22, I m still getting Bills for that number. No resolution till now.

    @ViCustomerCare This was raised on 17th of October 2022. The committment to resolve was 90 days, today we are sitting on more than 100 days. And we are still nowhere near the resolution.
