    @VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't purchase any VI service. They have worse service support also don't care of their customer concerns.i have registered lots of complaint against my VI no but they didn't respond against any of my concerns till yet already more than 10days has been passed away

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I am now currently staying in Pune. I already have one Vi number of Kolkata circle, and my aadhar card also has address of my Kolkata home. Can I issue a new sim card from Pune with address as of Kolkata?

    @ViCustomerCare your network very very poor network but monthly recharge many times not reachable or no service my rural areas basic 2g 3g No 4g no please improve your network

    Completely Ridiculous!!! @ViCustomerCare called in morning & collected all details and gave complaint no.4-135483212776 & refund of Rs 2400/- was considered. It stole my 19 minuts of office work. Now@ 1.40pm received another call of VI to know all details again. But why repeat.

    @ViCustomerCare Really worst network ever I have not got any network form the morning I have to take other sim card I was dependent on you such a worse I want my refund fir the day as there was no network for hole I want day to be extended you are cheater company just fake @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Greeting sir It is a matter of regret that I have changed my number to your company, the situation is that even 3G does not work net. Guide or I want to say farewell to your company, promises 5G facilities are so bad, condemnable.

    @ViCustomerCare Helo. I'd made a Rs.295 recharge for International Roaming in UAE of my prepaid number! But there is no network of yours here in UAE despite me restarting my phone & searching for your network here. I need resolution for this issue ASAP. Pls dnt delay, ITS URGENT!
