@VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare need a resolution within 24 hours, otherwise would be porting all 4 of my numbers some other networks. I know you guys have millions of users and it won’t affect you guys, but in future I would recommend others not to use Vi.

@ViCustomerCare My mobile no. 9773070008. I have opted for family plan of Rs 1064. From 3 months I have been paying bills of around Rs 2000 for no reason. Everytime i call for complaint they say its charges for Amazon prime. I used Amazon prime in the first year. Reduce my bill.
