  @VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

  @ViCustomerCare if any one by mistake selected wrong plan while recharge there are no option to reverse. By mistake I selected international roaming of 1 year instead of regular plan, I called customer care after 15 minutes hold he just reply there r no option to reverse.

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare He my issue has been resolved now mr pramod has sent 100rs which he charged extra from me for port fees so he has no obligation from my side.. So please resolve this issue now
