  @VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

  @ViCustomerCare hello, I am out of India and since yesterday I am not getting #vi network on esim. I am also not able to contact the customer care from local number. Kindly solve the network issue. My current location is Ethiopia. Everything was working perfectly till yesterday.

  @ViCustomerCare do I need to remind you every day that you gave me tym till 6 PM for resolution, yesterday was issue not resolved then u asked to wait till today and now u forgot that there's an issue which u need to resolve. All the tym u prove that how worse u can be for a user

  @ViCustomerCare At this address in Surat city of Gujarat, 72/B, Shiv Township, Bhatena, Surat,394210, Your @vi network is not there. No 9374724270 and our other mo no have also complained Even after repeatedly complaining from 2019 till today, you have not found a solution?
