@VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

@ViCustomerCare How is it that there is no policy where people incapable of visiting the store are not unnecessarily harassed? How does a reputed company like Vodafone not have alternative methods of providing services? Why are your policies so inflexible to the customer's needs?

It has been so many days i have been complaining against the bad network coverage at my location whenever there is a power cut but no actions has been taken yet.I complaint to yr customer care executive,I have left with no other option than to port out my Vi no. @ViCustomerCare
