  @VodafoneIN its been 2 weeks and still my call dropping problem has not been resolved. I was told to wait till 25th. But still even after multiple complains, my problem has not been resolved yet. Not able to call, not able to use internet.

  @ViCustomerCare Vi bill followup is the new kind of torture. Was Vi customer for last 15 years and still they have to call me 15 time before 3 days from due date. There is a limit for this nonsense and pls stop. Since this is automated call they don’t care or feel how we feel.

  Voice calling in Village Poore Bashanti, Warziganj, Gonda (UP) is severely affected. Calls frequently go mute and there are repeated call drops, making communication extremely difficult. Please urgently investigate the network and resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare @DoT_UPE_LSA

  @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Jio to Vi specifically for better internet speed. But right now, the speed is extremely slow. If Vi also fails to provide good speed, what was the point of switching? Please fix this network issue ASAP. ​#Vi #NetworkIssue #InternetSpeed

  My Vi number was inactive for 3 months. Did ₹299 recharge on 10 Aug & another today, but services still blocked. Store staff giving fake reasons. Fix this. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I’ll DM my Vi & alternate number. But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.

  Very urgent complaint Vi International Roaming in China. A senior citizen is currently in China and has already recharged an International Roaming pack, but the Vi network is not working. The user is unable to manually select/connect to a Vi partner network, @ViCustomerCare
