    @VodafoneIN 100 times I have Elaborated to your online complaints and Care Centres , Blunder issue in network, Internet is running pathetic like 2G , calldrops everything makes @VodafoneIN the worst network ever. I just need my number Port to other company and my money back.

    @VodafoneIN I am trying to get a number reactivated and called the customer care. They say it's a postpaid number and don't have my details as it is prepaid. Now they are asking me to call 198 by idea/vodafone number. I told them that I don't have any other number and

    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare and complaint has been closed with out resolutions. #3-124262918391. I am loosing my business bcoz vi sim issue since last 3 days as I am not able to get OTP on my no. Please let me now how can I close my connection and move to other mobile operators.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, hw ludicrous it is 2 allow promotional SMSs bt block incmng imp transactional SMSs after the validity on my number is over. So, it is not an infra cost thing. U want 2 force customers 2 recharge evn when u're incapable of providing decent network connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare 18 years of using the number, struggling to send SMS and not getting any help … each day a new person calls to say wait for 2 more days. Can review but not send SMS, irony is that can’t even get a port out OTP since that too is an SMS

    @ViCustomerCare I have vi postpaid sim which suddenly has no network one day. After visiting to vi store, they gave new sim to me still I do not see any signal for vi sim. I have other Vi sims also which are working fine.Following complaint has been raised since last 3 days.
