    @VodafoneIN I am trying to get a number reactivated and called the customer care. They say it's a postpaid number and don't have my details as it is prepaid. Now they are asking me to call 198 by idea/vodafone number. I told them that I don't have any other number and

    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare Services are getting very expensive. I recharged with 95 only to realise I can't send SMS. So now if I want to send 2-3 SMS, I have to recharge with 129.. it's better to port this number to a different network.

    @ViCustomerCare ViCustomerCare I am in gujarat Have requested two times making prepaid but still got rejection !! Genuine person visited with ID proof and paid all the bills !! Paid extra for recharge but still rejected!! No reason !! Very bad service at Borsad vodafone store

    @ShubhamPadalk20 @BandBajaateRaho @ViCustomerCare I was loyal customer since 2005 (Idea). After they took over Vodafone, their services declined drastically. I waited for 2-3 years to see improvement in their services. And now finally (w.e.f June 21) I switched to another network. In my opinion you should switch immediately.
