    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointed by your VI store in Deoria UP. Worst customer support. My sim has no network while I am on roaming and they are creating more trouble than resolving the issue. Make your systems a bit user-friendly.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi Server down at Assam since morning. Please look into it. CS says it would take 4hrs to get resolved. Who would be compensating for this loss as I've to recharge on another sim?

    @ViCustomerCare As talked with the VI Senior Cust. support, since they are upgrading the network which will take mini.90days, the speed issue in areas 262309 will remain same. Kindly use other operator till then, don't waste your time & money on VI. Reference no-V00731541221

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, you messages me about a recharge of 49 with a validity of 28 days and provides validity for 10 days. Resolve the issue and provide validity according to the message you just send. Else issue will be escalated
