    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare Team I don’t see any progress on service request number SR # 4-120107503469 (Network Voice data issue) which was expected to complete by 16-Jul-2021 and service request number SR # 4-121328138429 (IR network coverage issue) with expected completion date 14-Aug-2021 12:27:04 PM.

    @ViCustomerCare My handset is OK & SIM working fine. Only one particular number is not getting thru. Recorded the voice message that says my vodafone card is not activated. Listen this.Take technical support from technical experts. But don't display your incompetence like this.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Dear Vodafone, U won't understand customers pain. Will you compensate my internet pack for more then 7 8 days ??? As per last convo, CSR told 17th they gonna solve the issue, now another 5 days. Let me know if you really wanna help me out here.

    @ViCustomerCare Try bringing back unlimited call or minute pack at an affordable price this will help u grab customers who use less data and more of phone calls. This way even if ur data netwrk is weak even then u will lucrative option as a 2nd sim fr calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite complaining on ur VI app my network issue is still not resolved, even after putting on airplane mode n back in within secs the 4g network drops to 2g network, or either the data network is slow, wot the hell is this!
