    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare whenever I try to send an SMS, I always get error 38 and hence my messages are not getting sent. I even bought a top up plan for the same but both my personal and banking messages are having problems. Can you help me with that?

    @ViCustomerCare First thing that needs to improved is the customer service at the store. Their behaviour is not acceptable. Vi is loosing customers, I ported few months back to Airtel. Fix this please

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing issue since more than 2 years. Previously this number was in Delhi NCR circle & continuously i faced issues. Now ported to UP West circle & issue remains same. So as per my understanding Vi is the issue. I am paying you bills timely for pathetic service 😡😡
