    @VodafoneIN I am trying to get a number reactivated and called the customer care. They say it's a postpaid number and don't have my details as it is prepaid. Now they are asking me to call 198 by idea/vodafone number. I told them that I don't have any other number and

    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare I am awestruck to receive standard replies on twitter inbox and email. The recent email from your CC team is to contact the store where I’ve bought connection from. Please note that I have visited VI store three times already but they aren’t able to provide any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Without network coverage what use?? You don’t have 4g indoor coverage or vowifi. Don’t know about 5g. No news on esim for watch. No volte. You are a 2g network. Your customer care executive, indirectly asking us to port to other network. #vi totally waste network.

    @ViCustomerCare Super fast sucks! Sometimes network vanished. I have faced a lot. But No more. I have two activated sim and both are registered on Vi and I will port out both of them.

    @ViCustomerCare R u looting public? Sim replaced charges 50/ for that u have to do minimum recharge 100 then U will get 81 rs.. then u will deduct 50/ …SEEDA SEEDA BOLO 100 rs for sim replacement. Same applicable for taking missed call alert service. No online recharge option
