Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. Just before the 365 days recharge internet was working very well but after 1799 recharge the speed has downgraded to lowest, even sending a single message take more time than before. 365 din ke paise le liye.

@ViCustomerCare are you guys hiring stupid people? If you deactivate the profile & sim, how a user is supposed to pay the bill via app or web, when your authentication needs an OTP, are UR guys drinking or having drugs while formulating processes ? What's use of Due date then ?
