    @ViCustomerCare please help me out. You have sent me settings but it doesn't there in my device for enabling VOLTE service. My device support Dual VOLTE but VI card is not responding. I have tried to use VI card on another device it works perfectly on that.

    @ViCustomerCare All are cleared. By clearing cookies and caches, ur network problem will not get solved. Call drop problem won’t get solved. Get survey done and improve network area of Udaynagar. The problem is know to local service Center. Act fast. Don’t simply write for alternate numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I got response stating 'We are here to assist you. As per our recent concern with network team , the site is fully optimized and it is working fine. continue enjoy VI service'. When issue is resolved why I continue to get that error message????
