    @n_bangre @ViCustomerCare May be u r under tower. I don't have any network without prior notice they disabled sim. I am not getting any otp for transactions. This is creating lost in faith with VI network, why I did not change my network yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.

    @JioCare internet service in Avas Vikas Colony, Sasni Gate, Aligarh, UP is extremely poor. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.

    @ViCustomerCare My actual Vi number is: +91 7041******* @ViCustomerCare Please check whether the recharge can be reversed/refunded and let me know the available options under Vi's policy. I request you to please treat this as an urgent customer-support request.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare - SIM card is not working with @SamsungMobile 😭since a week. I thought It’s a device’s fault, but guess what… Jio sim worked perfectly!
