    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp No service on my Vodafone number since last 2 days . Your customer care number is unresponsive . They only raise tickets and close them without resolution .Is this the kind of service and customer experience you provide ?

    @ViCustomerCare More than 72 hours, still waiting for new sim to get activated. Worst customer care service, executive says no user registered against the number, first recharge of 297/- also done 72 hours back along with the new Sim but the sim yet to be activated.
