  @ViCustomerCare No body seems to understand that my number is is roaming and i had requested for a WhatsApp call for resolution. Have been requesting the same for the 7 th day now since 29th Jan. Still no resolution provided on the case. Ridiculous way to treat a customer

  Even after doing 479 (for28day) data pack i am enable to contact kotak mahindra bank customer care. They say u don't have talktime than what is meaning of doing so costly unlimited+ 1.5 gb data pack. Hope so this problem would be solved of many. @KotakBankLtd @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare your service is affecting our daily work. 2 of our numbers have the worst possible network, call drops, voice lags, no 4G despite being on unlimited plans, staff at your sec 18 Noida is not helpful at all, they say "increase plan price to get better service".
