Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.

10+ year-old mobile number. Dues cleared. Ported from Vodafone Idea to Airtel. Still no OTP or banking SMS due to an unresolved MNRL issue. Customers shouldn’t suffer for telecom backend failures. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India #MNRL #Airtel #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare The 72-hour TAT expired today at 2:20 PM, yet NO SIM DELIVERED! Called 8141018180 and again spoke to Javed today at 2:04 PM, only to get another hollow promise. Your 72 hrs promise is broken. Stop making fool of customers & deliver my SIM now! @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Trying to contact Vi customer support, but I haven’t received any response via email since morning. I’m also unable to connect with a customer support agent. Really disappointing customer service. @ViCustomerCare, please look into this.

@ViCustomerCare I already reported the number. Asking for DM every time doesn’t solve the problem. Your numbers keep getting used for marketing calls. Please take action on +919953015328 and update here publicly.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Marketing calls from Vi number 9953015328 again. Operators are supposed to disconnect such numbers on complaint. Why is this still happening? Fix it or face the backlash. #SpamCalls

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone, why are you inviting abuse? If you have even a shred of shame left, reply; otherwise, shut down this lousy company.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will send the same “please DM us” message? This is not support, this is damage control. Disconnect the spam number and confirm it here. TRAI and DoT should also stop ignoring this.
