    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vi from couple of months but still I am not able to use HD voice call. My phone support volte but I don't know what is the problem and I complaint many times but they didn't care about their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare. Do you really care? Your executive asked for 60 days on 4th sept nd hv committed that your technical team will come here nd meet me to elaborate, explain and resolve the issue. Your tech team is yet to come nd I'm still waiting.

    @ViCustomerCare Bhayander w near maxus mall Vi store staff is too much slow.I m not get proper ans with him.They pressure to change from prepared to postpaid.I had visited to exchange my sim & after 4 time followup with CustomerCare & 2 time at store, my card is still not active.

    @PiplaniPriyanka @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Priyanka lets find few more peoples who have suffered this day light robbery and lets sue them. I have recordings of my calls to their customer care who says that we have activated those services.
