    @Airtel_Presence Dumbest customer service, sent DM for a query some 3 weeks earlier and made a fresh complaint pertaining to illegal use of my prepaid number to activate an @ViCustomerCare number, both are pending and you are taking own sweet time to address the issue.

    I'm highly disappointed with VI network services and VI customer care services. VI customer care executive don't listen to you. Your problem can not be solved. So you have to tolerate it. @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @ViBusinessIndia #VodafoneIdeaCEO
