So asked them to cancel the order. @ViCustomerCare doesn't have similar offers for walk-in customers which is discriminatory and they can't even fulfill the online orders in time. Their teams didn't seem excited to resolve the issue and onboard a new customer.

@ViCustomerCare Got a 1-year recharge, but the network is horrible — especially on weekends. A 90MB video takes over an hour to download. Complained many times. No fix yet. Either solve this now or refund my money. I’ll port if needed. #PoorNetwork #FixItOrRefund

@ViCustomerCare my mother's number is not working properly. Whenever she is calling skmeone rather than getting a ring it says the other person is busy even when the other person is not (tried it by calling on my own number)
