    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Refund my Rs 1749 as even after 3hrs of recharge my services are not activated. U either reactivate my network or refund me full. Else i am taking this to @jagograhakjago.

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid SIM via the Vi app for Wagholi, Pune. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.
