@ViCustomerCare Most worse service team I have ever seen, in Whatsaap chat service no one responded u and guid u probably, I was stuck in a problem but customer service team not responding me, I m from India but at present I m in Qatar I SIM network is not working, I can't use.

Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS My family and I have been using your vodafone service since 10 years but your service has become pathetic and your customer support is not capable of giving the right information. Definitely changing my sim service provider.

@ViCustomerCare u silently removed SERVICE VALIDITY (28 days) from Rs 48 recharge. I've activated Rs 48 plan using Main Bal, money deducted but cant use my phone at all. Why credit 3GB data if I cant use it? Such a farce. Provide service validity or refund! I've DM u my no. Call!
