    @ViCustomerCare The actual reason of porting are - 1. My monthly bill increased exponentially from ~120 to ~350. 2. I found your Vi store (416502) are hopeless, as a customer I was helpless. They denied process postpaid to prepaid. 3. Overall service - range and call drop problem is too high.
