  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI from last 2 monyhs i have a problem with VI internet at my residence area. And more then 2 to 3 time i register complain. But there is no solution for that. If you cant give me a proper service let me me so i can go for @airtelindia

  I also try your whatsapp customer service but still not get any solution. I try your airplane mode,clear cache,apn settings,all things you mention for solution of slow internet but nothing worked it takes me 5 min to tweet this also because of slow internet @vicustomercare

  The issue is not resolved and I get a message that issue is closed? How convenient? apparently your phone cust care exec cannot do it and suggested I visit the store to get it sorted. How helpful. I'll be moving all 6 conn tom @VodafoneIN @TRAI are you going to take some action?

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare according to customer or my experience ur network is slowest to connect whatsapp and other apps.
