@ViCustomerCare I am@not sure why do you charge extra money every month though I have free allowed GB available.Every month when I call to customer service they say that you don’t have to pay extra money next month. Pissed off.

@ViCustomerCare suddenly no access to data. Vi app does not show the pack validity. Shows 0.00 MB data left. Customer care lady tells me she cant access my information and asks me to call back after 4 hours. This seems to be intentional. Vi really sucks!
