    I don't know how you guys run your system of network providing. It is so pathetic here. You can't work at all. Cell tower is just next to my house, still whole day internet connection was so weak. Really disappointed. Place= Karanpur, Babhnan(271313) @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid sim on 6th November and I was assured that it will be delivered to me on 7th November. Till date I have called the helpline number thrice and all they do is just inform the back end team. Horrible service by Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare : Stop Cheating, restore balance allow outgoing calls and all benefits as applicable to plan ! You can club the two recharge when you refused refund and said plan valid till 19/11/21 ! I never imagined that Birla Group company may be cheating it’s customers!
