@NarvijayYadav @ViCustomerCare Vi s today the worst service provider! Even my sister suffered the same issue. Her balance was about 120 Rs & within a period of 5-6 months she was left with Rs 10 despite using Unlimited plan. She kept calling the customer care but all efforts in vain!

@ViCustomerCare I will not delete the screenshot. Other people should know how you treat your customer's complaints. This mail clearly shows 3 reference numbers which I got from you for my issue. And all are un resolved from 4th June to till date.

@ViCustomerCare I already spoke to the billing department and customer service with ref# C004-132731413825 so, I don't know what additional details you need, You can listen to the call recording. Its surprising that your finance department is able to call asking for bill payment but you are not

@ViCustomerCare I am really disappointed in vi service, i have been complaining since last year regarding internet speed in my locality but no action has been taken by your side. Vi claims of #Giganet fastest net and Customer service priority but they are all fake assumptions.

@ViCustomerCare It's over now! Already switched to Airtel now after huge harassment & disappointment from the Customer Care! But I am Glad that at least the Social Media team is taking pain to interact with the consumers and trying to address their grievances.
