  @ViCustomerCare If you can't run the company properly, then give someone else the opportunity. Customers are suffering from every possible issue—expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.

  I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare It was a waste of time reaching out to you. I called customer care. They did nothing. It has been 2 or 4 months now, and I feel I have lost time reaching out to you.
