@ViCustomerCare No need to bother dear, you can't do anything, the problem is in your database since last 9 years, continuous problem, never resolved, if not being reported from last one yr does not mean that it is resolved. It means " Bhains ke aage been bajana " aur " Kaan pe joo na rengna"

@ViCustomerCare Worst ever network.. not 4g even 2g not available in prime location of Bangalore itself. Raised complain many times.. F*** fellows simply close the tickets without any resolution.

The complaint number C004-141489043457 was registered since internet was not working for corporate number 7391042440. TT was resolved without verifying at this side. This is an example of extremely poor quality of service. The issue remains. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare my sim card blocked without my knowledge when i call to customer care they dined to help and very rude to me.the of CSA ankit rathode is very abusive and rude .he waited me likely 1 hour to spoke supervisor. I just MNP my sim from airtel to vi 2 days ago.

@ViCustomerCare I paid the postpaid bill of my mobile number 7310311311 by scanning the QR code on the bill through GPay. Now customer care and office is saying bill is not paid. What is this fraud ? I have all the proofs of payment.

@pbasu51272 @ViCustomerCare @BDUTT I also ported from VI to BSNL. VI network is not great. Now at least my money is providing little strength and hope to our government sim company.
