    @DoT_India Despite of repeated complaint @ViCustomerCare Is not fixing Data issue (At -FakirMohan Nagar Pin-756001). This creates issue for Online Classes and Exams too. It's been 1year and more They ask for complain and sits back. But they don't compromise with DATA Pack price.

    Day7 of no internet connectivity. @ViCustomerCare says they tried reaching me multiple times at 23:29 on 15/7. Not sure if calling that late is a bigger problem, or the fact that they could not reach me (again a @VodafoneIdeaIN problem that I should be raising a complaint about)!

    @ViCustomerCare PLZZ don't use any one vi sim 🙏 Vi network is very slow. I am calling the customer continuously for two years but the customer is not giving any response. Vi network is slower than 2G 2G works better than vi 4G network 4G net runs 30 to 40 kb.😓
