  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you said ownership cant be transferred if there's no blood relation .. however, the person, your Vodafone store executive, who advised me to "send any of your friend in mumbai to take your number so that it is blocked and not available to anybidy else, you can change the ownership from her later" - as a method to keep my 12 yrs old number with myself, after one unnecessary and non-notified deactivation, WAS WRONG ?
