  @SkAsanur87 @ViCustomerCare That sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re abroad and need OTPs urgently. You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍

  Ported to @ViCustomerCare because of Airtel's poor coverage in my area. Idea's net speed is much poorer than Airtel. Now i can't port to Jio because of 3 months lockin. @TRAI should allow to port after 1 month.

I have been requesting for an address change but your executive is asking me to upload adhaar card, when i told her that adhaar is of different address. She wants me to upload rental agreement which i did and it was rejected by your company. now she wants me to upload adhaar (which is of different address) amd rental areement both ? does she now know that only one document can be uploaded in your app. What kind of idiots are sitting in your care ?
