@ViCustomerCare @vodafone Again this month I am frustrated bcz of your pathetic speed of 4G. I have my room towards open area and still I get single network bar on my Vodafone sim. At the same place Jio works perfectly fine. #Vodafonedown

Hello @ViCustomerCare you've already cancelled the postpaid to prepaid conversion bcuz of the due showing in the system which has already been paid & a new bill is generated 4 the same. Which customer would love to pay the same bill twice? Could you arrange a callback to alt no.

@ViCustomerCare There is a network problem in my area. For every 2 months, everyone is very upset. There are many problems in Vodafone which makes the network bad. I want that network to be cured and fair to all consumers. Data should be given. I want @TRAI to take cognizance.

@ViCustomerCare Horrible experience with your customer care teams in my last 5-6 calls and no help provided so far. I’m being charged for services I deactivated before they monthly cycle. This is unfair and cheating the customer. I think it’s time to switch. @vodafonein1
