@ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

Calls drop, internet dead , even outdoor signal is also very weak. This issue is not limited to one or two people — the entire village is affected. Students, workers, shopkeeper all suffer. No help despite complaints. #YeThikKarkeDikhao @airtelindia @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Dear vi both @JioCare and @airtelindia failed to fix network issues in my area even after many complaints. If you install a tower here, I guarantee at least 1000 people in our apartment will happily switch to Vi. Jio and Airtel are just not working anymore.

The most unstable network I have ever used is Vodafone @ViCustomerCare . So much fluctuations just not worth spending money on recharge. Totally useless.

@ViCustomerCare since they day i ported to vi not receiving 5g here in Mumbai had a talk with customers support.. informed that 5g is inactive from their end ...pls resolve this 5g issue ASAP
