@ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

@Bharat_raj96 @ViCustomerCare You are lucky. Mine experience is totally the opposite. It was pretty good in the early days when I ported from another network. Last year and a half, it has become the worst. Regular network outage running upto 2 days, incompetent support. No wonders Vi will soon shutdown too.

@ViCustomerCare how pathetic your network is turning out to be with each passing day. Why don’t you do something about it? None of my contacts are able to reach me, somehow if do get calls we can barely hear each other before your call fails. Fedup raising complaints #pathetic

@ViCustomerCare everything was going hood expect speed issue with @JioCare , but since the night of port to vi on Monday , vi app shows weekend rollover 800 mb approx and not show daily data usage , neither *199 menu, now message of data left, i am not happy
