After that no call, no update till now when the business day is over. Status is - appointment scheduled. No wonder why VI is sinking. Zero customer focus.

I have been charged Rs.204 every month since 2018 for unknown VAS. 100's of calls made to your customer care, no resolution. What's pathetic is they call it Telegram download charge. What nonsense is this ?
