  If travelling abroad , never ever buy a @ViCustomerCare pack... it's the most hopeless service provider. Not only does the network service is poor, they bill you beyond the free minutes. Terrible service,disappointed @ViCustomerCare .

  @JioCare internet service in Avas Vikas Colony, Sasni Gate, Aligarh, UP is extremely poor. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.

  I buy new sim card of VI and worst experience don't buy VI sim card i call 5 times this day on 199 but no solution they said our system is close call us later and now after 1 hour i call IVR said our agent are busy pls call us later this is happening for an hour @ViCustomerCare

  @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Had booked a home delivery of prepaid sim and paid the amount too. 60hours passed now. Still have no clue, no call, no message. I called up customer care number but they have given fake promises. FEELING CHEATED.

  @ViCustomerCare Honestly, I don’t want to leave or switch to another network. Your support, behaviour & the way you value & serve a customer are genuinely commendable. Sometimes I feel like I might be the only Vi customer in my area, yet even then, the team has given my issue so much attention.

  I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order
