@ViCustomerCare I m using Idea number 9848193110 from last 22 years. Facing signal/call drop issues from last 1 month and have logged several complaints. Till now no resolution. Request rectification or will have to resort to port to other Operator.

I switched from Jio to Idea hoping that Idea would have improved its service. But for a week, I even can't call a person. I can't hear other person's voice clearly. I can't browse internet on my phone on so called India's fastest 4g network. @ViCustomerCare
