    @ViCustomerCare I am getting calls and messages to pay the bill 2nd time in same month and that too without any bill. I contacted customer care and they too don't have access to bill, but they demand paying it asap. What is this??? Rangdari??? Hafta???

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I am not able to send and receive SMS services since last 3 days. Can you please look into the same ? I have raised a ticket as well but resolution time is 1 week, I am not able to do any transaction as it requires OTP. #MUM-V01215136786. Please.

    Sixth, I have never ever seen any Public company that can't provide a toll free customer care number. To call on @AxisBankSupport, we need to do a specific Main balance recharge over and above Bundle pack on @ViCustomerCare network. Though, @reliancejio doesn't charge extra.

    @ViCustomerCare After paying 28 days for 3gb/day, why am I being give only 1gb on the last day of validity??? That was a rude shock. It highly unethical and devious behaviour.
