    @ViCustomerCare My network has been poor for 6 months weak signal & extremely low data speeds. Despite repeated complaints and providing proofs, they’re closed as “resolved” without field inspection or improvement. ID: APR-V02172007730 Please inspect & fix the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite waiting for a long time and following up multiple times, there has still been no clear resolution regarding my Vi SIM order DCHD07082668743 (9672515691). The promised delivery timeline has also passed quite some time ago. I no longer wish to proceed with this order.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏

    Very bad service,bad internet speed too slow. Repeatedly the 4G signal becomes 2G, E. After regular complaint no improvement. You should give importance to your customer grievance @ViCustomerCare
