@ViCustomerCare In any case, don't talk in public. I don't think it's wrong to go to another network to get your network. I don't think it's wrong. Why don't you use your network?

I am looking to get a #esim of #vodafone prepaid but your cust care centre says i can only get it for the postpaid one not for the prepaid sim. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 yrs for u. Let me if I hv to opt for porting, i will do it. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I'm facing issue with incoming messages. It's been raised 11 days back with vi customer service. Instead they escalate this to their technical team, they are still keep closing my complaints without providing any resolution.
