@ViCustomerCare @vodafone Still the problem is not resolved. VI can revert the waiver without informing on an inactive number, however their Customer care don't have a way to take a request or complaint on an inactive number. What kind of S/w are they using. Is this the way to take care of your 14yr cust.

Hii @ViCustomerCare, I had registered complaints for issues like Internet Speed, Call Drop. As per your team issue shall be resolved within 5 days but it is not closed even after 8-10 days. I'm a postpaid user and not able to avail your services.

I just enquired about the exchange regarding my old idea sim to the new Vi sim,it seems a NEW SIM can be bought at your "doorstep" but an old customer of Idea has to go with his documents to the store physically and get it exchanged? Sensible? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

@ViCustomerCare I got a Faasos voucher from my Vi app for paying bill and when I try to use the voucher it says invalid. Really very bad experience. Why are you sharing invalid coupons.
