@ViCustomerCare Look at this funny thing, your Vi Assist asked me what is the travel date for my International Roaming and than i recharge it and than came to know that it recharged it for today and not for the day it asked me on Assist, Thanks Vi for the worst service.

My call has been on hold for 40 mins with a VI cust. exec. as I tweet this. My outgoing got barred for not paying the bill of a number which is not even mine. No support, no help. I have been asked to visit the VI store. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ultakabootar @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I know right, I, another customer for 11 long years, have been having some fluctuation issues for months and they refuse to respond properly on twitter DMs. It's infuriating. I am looking towards airtel as well because jio is even worse. It's a shame.
