@ViCustomerCare worst customer service experience with VI...3 TIMES they cut my call and 4th time they behaved like they are not getting my voice and i can hear them laughing in background.....worst customer service..never recommend to anybody

@ViCustomerCare on 6995 roaming plan It is not allowing anyone to reach me. Complaints raised on chats are auto closed with a note that unable to reach you when that was the problem in the first place 🤔Horrible service. Need full refund for last 3 months.@Vodafone_Ind @rmstakkar

@ViCustomerCare ordered an online Vi Sim on 6th April. It’s almost one day gone, still I am waiting for my sim to delivered. This kind of service provided by Vi for Online sim delivery....Worst service I have seen by Vi. Never recommended Vi....!!
