    @ViCustomerCare Your Internet is not working in metropolitan cities like Pune. Please guide me what should i do? Or should i port my sim card to other network? I am just waiting for my VI plan to expire.

    @ViCustomerCare terrible network. My sim stops sending/receiving sms. Frequent call drops. I am unable to receive important bank otps or login on apps. Raised a complaint..no action yet. I face similar issue too often.
