    @ViCustomerCare I have opted to port out from VI, your executive comes with offer and ask me to cancel the port request, I did cancel the request and now no one is following or letting me know what happened is my plan changed or that offer applied ? What's going on ?

    @ViCustomerCare Its not totally resolved. The network is still fluctuating between 2G & 4G. Hope it will be resolved too.
