    Never ever buy a sim from @ViCustomerCare Ordered a sim 6 days ago and they have not delivered it yet. On the other hand airtel and jio guarantees delivery of new sims within 24 hrs. Clown company 🤡

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Sir @akshayamoondra & @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue. Your Customer Supp and Social Media Team said You make payment before and then check the Offer.

    @ViCustomerCare looks my problem will solve after port. As there is no speed in #vi4G . even call didn't connect first 2nd 3rd time dialing.

    @ViCustomerCare Again copy paste response Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. C003-144166729164. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you aren't happy with our resolution, please SMS " N C003-144166729164 " to 53933 within next 24 hours.
