I have been requesting for an address change but your executive is asking me to upload adhaar card, when i told her that adhaar is of different address. She wants me to upload rental agreement which i did and it was rejected by your company. now she wants me to upload adhaar (which is of different address) amd rental areement both ? does she now know that only one document can be uploaded in your app. What kind of idiots are sitting in your care ?

  @ViCustomerCare I want to notify you of a scam running by you. I combined my two numbers into a family plan more than 3 months back. Now I want to split it but Vi is trying every bit to not do that. Hanging up calls, stalling for resolution again and again. Ticket: 3-151099229072

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 belongs to Vi and is blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly for once and take action instead of repeating the same reply.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 86818851**. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.
