    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare Why are the recharge plans of 28 days? Why do we need to recharge 13 times in a year of 12 months? I use JioFiber Wifi. Even they provide the service for 30 days.

    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you. I don’t even know the original owner or whether he is still alive. nowWhat is the logic in asking for someone else’s documents in this situation? Please resolve this issue urgent
