    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.

    @ViCustomerCare however harder I try to reach your prepaid customer care executive but it's in Vain I feel the bot has taken over the human interaction completely & the time is not much far that it will soon takeover the company as well. I feel AI will run it better!! #EXCELLENT

    @ViCustomerCare Why are the recharge plans of 28 days? Why do we need to recharge 13 times in a year of 12 months? I use JioFiber Wifi. Even they provide the service for 30 days.

    Here's something interesting @Airtel_Presence @JioCare & @ViCustomerCare share the towers in parts of #Katraj #Pune Experiencing networking issues on all three since morning. While Vi and Jio have not acknowledged the issue, Airtel has sent a text message to affected customers

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.
