@ViCustomerCare The worst tele com service. No phone singal, no bank otp msg. But every day i get a msg from @ViCustomerCare I am trying to get a bank otp msg from 4 hours every time a call customer care it take atleast 5 to 8 minutes to connect with irritating background music.

@ViCustomerCare you need more staff in the Mapusa and Panjim stores. Customer management is very bad. People are not managed. And the staff have not been instructed to take care of customers. This is not their fault. VI needs to handle this training across the board.

@ViCustomerCare After rentless effort i got my work done. But why @ViCustomerCare stop only bank otp msg to make your work done. All you need recharge right. You doesn't care about customers anyways. Good bye @ViCustomerCare i going to port my sim to other good service.

@ViCustomerCare either improve your network or make services free in my area. Stop giving 2G services in name of 4G. My network always shows H+ (3G).

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your network engineer denied to resolve my issue & insisted BSNL will need to fix this. I have a VI sim, why the hell would BSNL look into this? I WILL EXPOSE PHONE NUMBERS OF ALL THE ENGINEERS INVOLVED, IF YOU FAIL TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.
