    @ViCustomerCare immediately after I got a new sim, I started getting spam calls. I ordered new sim via vi app. Are you leaking out the customer data?

    @ViCustomerCare your app and network are useless! Have been trying to sort out network issue for many days but it has not worked. The vi app also isnt working. There are VAS popups that when trying to deactivate just dont.

    @VodafoneGroup i register a complaint for SMS-No Access OG with reference number MNG-V01130001754 is registered. It's been 8 days since I recharge my no. Still not solve my problem. I have work to do with the number. And @ViCustomerCare is pathetic don't care about customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Pavitra your team already dropped their weapons and told me they can't do anything to improve VI networks. I also request them to provide a network booster but they are not listening. I have no other option left than to port out to another operator.
