    @TRAI inspite of pending resolution from @ViCustomerCare on complaint raised they are harassing for paying bills and now they disconnected my outgoing service. I said them that i am ready ti pay bill immediately if they resolve my complaint at earliest but they are just ignoring

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 3 days since I complained (spend 2 hrs on call with customer care bt no solution Twitter customer care people are only giving false hope) if issue is escalated with the concern team since 3 days what priority services are you providing your customers?
