    @ViCustomerCare It is shocking that customer has been charged for the callertune service for 1year and the bill stands paid till date, but all of a sudden, the said service or payment is not shown on the callertune app of Vi. There is a limit to cheat customers. @TRAI What is it?

    @ViCustomerCare Now limit is crossed. It's final that I will port my number to other network. Not only one but I will port 3 of my sim cards to other network

    @ViCustomerCare I am not getting 4G network since yesterday. Only 2G network shows up and sometimes there is zero network even calling network goes away. Please resolve this issues asap.

    @ViCustomerCare For service validity extension recharges, it says "no outgoing sms", so are the sms' charged separately or are they barred?
