@jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare By mistake I did recharge of 859 rs. on wrong number +91 7359512467 which is not in service as well. Just after that I connected to @ViCustomerCare to reversal or correct recharge now they are not ready to cancel or refund, nor to correct recharge.

Hello @ViCustomerCare , Bought 2 sim cards 1 week back.Simcard has not been activated yet. No support from your helpline. Aman: +919348563548 Vi agent is not responding since then. Bought these Sims in Balanagar, Hyderabad.Such a pathetic experience for a new customer.

Some connected to the senior and they said they will Update me but none were capable of solving my issue. Every Executive was in a Rush and was trying to delegate to others. This was my worst experience and i think its time to switch to better Options @vodafone @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare So #myVI support team tells me to re-submit my proofs in order to correct an error in the billing address which they made during KYC process when I ported to VI. Why can't they correct a simple spelling error. This is not change in address! @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho
