    @ViCustomerCare customer since 2007 started with idea now vi but things are getting ugly as biggest network of country doesn't care any more for their customers. With fastest network you can't call any bsnl landline number which is just a basic requirement for any user.

    Respected @ViCustomerCare I cannot use internet service properly. Sometimes internet automatically shut down and after some time it start. Please solve my issue. #vodafoneidea @AdityaBirlaGrp

As per our records, your complaint is raised SR 4-118055364071, resolution was given that Max data already enhanced on site, So coverage could not be improved. VoWiFi service is currently offered on select handsets in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Maharashtra
