Too much bad service when I had recharged previously with limited data 2 gb per day and I got best speed Recently I had recharged with unlimited data it is too hard to use 1-2 gb they had reduced the speed @ViCustomerCare

@jagograhakjago The amount is credited on one account after 19 days of the account being debited and raising a complaint. They @ViCustomerCare weren’t even aware that the payment was done. Now they want us to make additional payment for a mistake at their end and the service is also discontinued

Ported from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare due to frequent call drops in Jio. Ended up trapped in Vi’s outdated EDGE network. What a shame that telcos in India are still using 2G network! Will switch over back to Jio after 90 days.

This is the worst customer service ever @ViCustomerCare bill paid for 2 numbers within the due date, they screw up and the app shows bill overdue. After raising the complaint the amount is credited to one number and the other number is disconnected.

@ViCustomerCare Have sent you DM to you becoz nothing done yet of internet, why we can use further,some days ago I got a call from you network engg that all is good . But I checked and found that not ok , and I tried to inform him but not picked calls.. I am requesting you to do the needful
