    @ViCustomerCare In my area lots of people are facing issue not to send text message and also not able to port. In our area VI store is almost 110 kilometer so for sim verification we have to spend almost 500 rupees it make sense?. Then why I will not buy new sim.

    @ViCustomerCare my calls aren’t going through or no calls are even coming through. My data is not working either. All of this happened out of nowhere. A few minutes ago, everything was working fine.

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of fraud you guys are creating I shifted to Vodafone so that it would be hastle free experience for me but you guys after porting my sim card neither their is network on old sim card nor in the new sim card that your customer care centre given to me

    @ViCustomerCare Please feel some kind of shame for the service you're providing ! Ridiculous!! The speed hardly touches 1mbps while airtel and jio are miles ahead in terms od speed. Using Idea since late 2000's and I am still waiting them to improve.

    Day 160 Never trust @ViCustomerCare Still issues are pending. Executives names are BHARATI, KHUSHI RAWALIYA, JAY and VIKAS PATEL misbehaved on call. @TRAI @DoT_India Date of issue: 14th October 2022 Still waiting for apology calls from those executives.
