    @ViCustomerCare is to obtain new sim card after blocked i was asked to do 100rs recharged and in site it's mentioned 50rs I informed take 50rs cash but she refuse and asked me to do 100 rs recharge why such issue @TRAI vi is forcefully taking extra charge

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Let me explain Again!! I am overseas and plan to stay overseas for coming 5 months. I do not need an International Roaming Plan, I just want to keep service validity active, that's it, suggest me the cheapest way of doing that for next 5- 6 months?

    @ViCustomerCare I reside in Rajinder Nagar, New delhi. Pin 110060. Network is very poor. Upon complaining and going to service centre, representative says that it will be resolved in future, from last 8 months. What efforts are you all putting for resolution?

    The worst coustomer care service ever is @ViCustomerCare Whenever you ask them for help , they answer sorry sir our servers are down. If you can't help your customers then you should stop your business.

    Vi helps us everywhere is just a myth, i have visited to idea office of shujalpur mandi which is closed many times, so i have to go many times to fix my problem. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare im unable to send sms even after having proper packs recharged request a call back from a senior because the customer support i talked with was unable to help

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy any VI sim card. Its network is very rubbish.
