    @ViCustomerCare Don't give me excuses fix it by your actions. I am not going to pay any type of charges just to activate my SIM again. It's really cheap that you have gone so down to cheat customer. you guys directly cut off the Sim network from my phone. #WORST at everything.

    What scam are you pulling @ViCustomerCare ?? my esim request is getting processed to your back end teams own email id. And every time your customer care tells it’s an error.

    @ViCustomerCare What a bad service. Apparently I have to recharge min. Rs.128 just to send 1 SMS. I have more than sufficient amount in main balance to send a single SMS. Very bad experience.. #Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Still no 3G and 4G network in my mobile. What you want to me. Very bad experience in VI network. Still problem not solve .All customer care people confused to me

    What scam are you guys pulling @ViCustomerCare ?? Every time I raise a request for esim conversion, the barcode is shared to your back end teams own email id and your customer care team is trying to downplay it. No responsibility whatsoever ever. @TRAI please look into this.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare : suddenly my SIM card stopped working, I was owning same since last 10 years. Was loyal customer, went to nearby vi care store then got to know that for such sim service got stopped, I didn’t got prior warning or info ,my all transactions stopped

    Worst speed @ViCustomerCare in Kalyan West area. Last 30 days this problem is there. Specially for Vi Maharashtra n Goa sims which roam in Mumbai circle. 4G speed is pathetic and below 2 Mbps. Improve your network or I will port out for sure.
