    @ViCustomerCare sir i am a VI customer from last 10 year my number 8053937288 is not linked with adhar . When i bought sim card vodafone retailer by mistake written wrong DOB in documents .And Now vi care not linking my adhar and not changing my DOB . HELP ME

    @ViCustomerCare I'm fed up with your unwanted VAS services that are automatically activated by you, and when we ask for deactivation and refund, your customer service refuses to refund. I don't have the option to port out if you continue to do this to your consumers @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare ,I have called 4 time On VIC care 198 ,he told call no9702012345,ur post paid ,when I called this no 3ctimes person asking again it prepaid, then told to me try karte raho lage GA pr paid me. It is VI now ,bad exp.

    @ViCustomerCare @tweeklabs Iam trying to change my no. from postpaid to prepaid. But your vi representative not cooperating at all and says that I have to use my sim for more 120 days. Even I have paid all my bills. That is so frustrating and service is not good at all
