    I submitted a SIM port request on 16th. Got confirmation message that it would be activated on 18th, but now my old SIM is already deactivated and the new SIM is still not active. This is causing major inconvenience as I have no network at all. Please resolve @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.
