@ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst customer care service as per my experience its been 1 month i am suffering from my mobile data problem and i have also raised complaint through mail, the response of mail was that they will resolve it by 4th Aug 22. But still no improvement.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for reply. I got call from friend and recharged my account balance. All suggest you is to provide emergency balance of atleast Rs.5. You may deduct Rs. 10 on next recharge but atleast minimum amount should be provided to regular customers.

@ViCustomerCare I am not going Elaborate the concern many times go back n ask the 3 concern with your Contact centre team,1) Misbehaving by your agent 2) Voice issue 3) Network issue ,and now after logging all these complaint 4) No signal& No services.what the hell is this

@ViCustomerCare no service of emergency balance is the worst thing i come to know about you. I was stuck and there was no data and balance. I tried to send text but it failed. Your customer care representative also said sorry as such facility was not available!!!
