  @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

  @ViCustomerCare Do you have any intention of introducing eSIM to Kolkata. All major carriers except Vi has support for eSIM for years. I am astonished at the apathetically attitude of Vi towards it’s long term postpaid customers. This is the nth time I’m asking about this.

  @ViCustomerCare so third class network of company. frequent call drop and so slow speed of network. Your network speed is not of even 3G speed( practically).I am not even able see video on YouTube with basic resolution. so third class service.

  @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic service I suggest to everyone if you are using Vi plz port from here specifically for post paid user boz you never no when vodafone going to deactivate your without giving information to you. I am using vodafone postpaid approx 4 years.
