@VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

My neighbour a very old lady (in her 80’s) while recharging her Vodafone for 1 yr Rs. 2899 plan, mistakenly typed the last digit of her no. 6 instead of 0 and the recharge went to some other no. Now Vodafone is refusing to reverse it. What’s the solution @ViCustomerCare
