    @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

    The award for worst network in India goes to @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup pathetic I must confess...will be porting into @reliancejio once my data pack for the month is exhausted.

    @ViCustomerCare been a Vodafone customer for more than 15 years and now I have made up my mind to move to another service provider. Horrible customer support and not up to date technology and capabilities when compared with the market. Would not recommend Vi to anyone 🙁

    @ViCustomerCare your internet connection is very slow at night after 12pm. I m going to change my card. You should refund the amount of package. i've complaint more than 100 times. But there is no improvement. You always give the same reason. Worst customer service. 😡😡

    I don't have payment issues if @ViCustomerCare resolves the service issue I'm facing else let me port out without any penal charges of ₹3000/- for exit from redx plan before 6 months! I have and will always pay my bills regularly if you resolve issue for which I pay telco.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Hi, Today at 11AM i have issued new sim due to existing sim suddenly not working from Vi store and informed it will get activated within 4hrs.but still the new sim is not activated. Pls look in to it and expedite.

    @ViCustomerCare will someone tell me what’s wrong with your network?? Every time I attend a call immediately after disconnecting it I lose the network on my phone. Problem started few days ago and it’s getting worse !! Can someone from your team help me !!
