    @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't have to worry about my Vi data because I am unable to use it ,My data is always saved because there is no internet #ViHeroUnlimited. I miss every moment of match by switching internet network ,

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. MUM-V00887568935 but are unable to resolve it completely. We are concerned about your issue and continue our efforts to improve our network in your area. Yet no resolution too poor connection pls resolve ASAP.

    @IAmit_Yadav @vodafoneIN customer’s location, we were able to conclude that the network sites at the location are fully optimized and working at their full capacity. We have also informed him that we will continue upgrading existing sites in order to improve the quality of our existing network (2/3)

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare took action only after escalation to @DoT_India NOW giving yesterday's status. Plz ask why they imposed charges after cancelling acct and porting out on 9 Feb 22. Why charges were not reversed as promised on Mar 5,22. Why in Apr they're again harassing customer?
