    @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Network I have recharged 249 plan still 4 th August is my last day to complete my 249 plan, from 2 days I have not used 1 kb internet also totally internet is not working i have raised complaints times in this app also,

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharge 06 jul unlimited pack 248 recently 2 Days back recharge 118 Data pack 12GB 28D actually this pack was expired 28 time But expired in 2 Day why only 2 I am not used Data all so very bad experience

    @ViCustomerCare have to pay the amount forcefully. will you be refunding it???? if no. then stop giving such hopeless and false statements that you are concerned and all. for 1 month you have been just concerned and not responsive or helpful... dont think the customer is fool.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone you really got to be kidding me. 2 people from your Twitter team promised a call to resolve the matter hours ago. I have recd no call yet. What do you want? Do I put the incident here, do a poll and let other customers decide who's at fault? Ridiculous.
