@VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare I have submitted documents for conversion of my number from corporate to personal 30 days back at Vi store. Still awaiting resolution. No effect of complaints. Store and customer care keep on bouncing the issue to each other.

@ViCustomerCare extremely unethical service.i got a SIM card in Pune showing u my mumbai address,now since mumbai is a different circle than pune,u cant physically verify my address and thus u have blocked my phone.i m travelling with an infant and stuck with no service. 1/3
