    @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 8681885162. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already raised my complaint and provided sufficient information. I will not continue going back and forth through repetitive messages without an actual resolution. If this matter is not properly resolved within the committed resolution timeline,
