    I didnt seen any improvement in local /national sms 100/day ..If you credited 99 then it should work .Its really fraudlent part to cheat customer ..Its been 24 hrs still problem persist on my number.(8054173281) @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN

    5days ago I have raised a complained against @ViCustomerCare that my volte is not working. They not only resolved my volte problem. They activated VO-Wi-Fi. Thank you @ViCustomerCare for helping 5Star service. I am happy customer of VI in terms of speed and coverage

    @ViCustomerCare Most stupid and worthless telecom provider ever seen. Neither they can provide proper VOLTE. Pathetic poor network while calling. Like Uninor, Aircel and Docomo, you guys can shut down your network. Be genuine. Vi is not supernet, it's shameless net. Shameless Provider.

    What kind of irritating service is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I can receive SMS from Vodafone but cannot send SMS to Vodafone. + @ViCustomerCare Tried changing phone, replaced the Sim Card too but no luck. Call centre/gallery people don't know anything, confusing IVR

    @ViCustomerCare need to lodge a complaint idk why bt not able to make call on 198 through regular no. While trying with 'nother no i can make call so only a particular mobile number has bee restricted to make calls over 198/199 this is cause i've lodgeing complaints scene 1yr.
