    @ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. I've shared the details several times and issue is pending since July. The refund is still pending for all the 3 Vi numbers as promised for 56 days @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Why you're not taking action against your team for fake commitments?

    @ViCustomerCare 3 days of suffering. SIMM is not working and have tried on other mobile devices as well. Will go to VI store for third time tomorrow. Let's see if they can fix it else number portability will be only option left. To and fro btw store and supp team @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare on every call I am facing issue. it becomes the blank call for me , I cannot hear callers voice. this is really frustrating. switch to next service provider. bye bye Vi take care of rest customers.
