@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Your network issues have crossed all limits. Calls don’t connect properly and the internet barely works. Even after multiple complaints, there is still no permanent solution. Honestly, I’m slowly losing trust in your service.

@ViCustomerCare is now improved. But still people not moving to Vi Early days, VI made lot of theft. Without customer consent, by activating some packs & deducting balance. The frustration of the customer. That is the reason, people never planning to return back to #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Same network problem again. No proper signal, calls fail, internet barely works. After so many complaints, nothing really changes. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing for a paying customer.

@ViCustomerCare Totally Frustrated with the service of Vi, They committed over phone that if you recharged 349 via main balance you will get unlimited 4g and 5g data whole day for 28 days but not only once but twice they promised to give but never given the benefit, its very bad
