    @ViCustomerCare I know all the process but this problem is from network side and already multiple tickets open in past as well. Do not close request this time without confirm make sure about it. If something is not in your hand to resolve the problem please record in form of email or documents.

    @ViCustomerCare My billing due date is 19th March, till now I haven't received any resolution,if I don't pay the entire amt u will keep charging me late fees,don't understand why it's taking so much time to solve a problem

    @ViCustomerCare first of all WORST customer service both via call or email. It's been 10 days I am trying to get a solution to log in to the app but it won't send me the OTP. Customary care executives are dropping the calls because they're unable to understand the issue. Wtf

    @ViCustomerCare VI please improve your Giganet Quality. It’s getting worst network day by day. A 10min YouTube video takes more than 20min to load at 144p. Even this tweet took 18min to tweet as of your worst ‘India’s fastest Giganet’.
