@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @TRAI Hi TRAI team, I got a call from Vi & they are refusing to entertain my above complaint, I want informed before changing my postpaid plan, they r saying to have sent SMS but i haven't received it, when bill can be sent on email why cant such important info?

@AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Sorry for your poor service i had already raise the complaint about incoming messages are not coming still not resolved.. Customer care people are also not giving proper response.. I am happy to port my sim card in @airtelindia .

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have filed many complaints regarding data speed fluctuations in my area many time to 198 and even Appellate authorities. But nothing helped, they skip it by saying upgradation is needed in your area. You cant give excuses. Please help. 9584511433

@ViCustomerCare in recharge of Rs.79 , getting Rs.64 but can't send sms.! How company fooling us?? Where shoud we use Rs. 64. It is called a service recharge then where is sms service? Company can charge Rs. 2 per sms but sms must be done from Rs. 64. This is a torture by VI.
