    @DoT_India Im facing incoming call issue frm 2 months nd every complnts re closed with"we hv made mny test calls to custmer and no issue observed"but i didnt get any call at tht time frm my location.@ViCustomerCare pls stop cheating your customers providing fake resolutions.

    @ViCustomerCare Basically such system generated replies and unresponsive service has hurt your business. I have done reporting SPAM to operator. Now action has to be taken by operator only. Also shall raise this issue with TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 06-Mar-2022 11:07:56 AM with reference number C004-129162064262 is registered. We assure resolution by 07-Mar-2022 11:10:04 AM. Thanks for registering the complaint. I have paid amazon prime through VI. Disconnecting VI shouldn’t disconnect amazon
