  @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? This is either pure carelessness or deliberate. +918691859317 belongs to Vi and is used for marketing calls. Read the complaint properly for once.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare wtf , When as soon as recharge due date coming your internet speed going 9k and when I completed recharge then your network has dead Why are you all telecom sector making fool us , I'm doing every month recharge for 5G data but I'm unable to use it why ?

  @ViCustomerCare What’s wrong with your network? It keeps showing “No Service”. Airplane Mode ON/OFF is needed to restore it. Then 5G shows but data doesn’t work until I repeat the same process. Why is the network so unstable? Extremely frustrating service....

  @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, my grandfather's card is on the name of a relative who is no longer in INDIA. This card is currently out of service since a month and despite recharges its not getting activated.they say KYC is pending but the person who can do it is out. Help on this

  @ViCustomerCare When an existing customer renews the same recharge plan, why don't you specifically mention which benefits have been excluded compared to the previous plan? By not disclosing this, you are essentially misrepresenting the benefits.

  @DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Force Vi to stop this. Regular numbers like +919076025343 are still being used for sales spam. Under what provision is this allowed? Issue a clear direction to Vi now.
