    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

    Day 5 - Still facing both the issues. I understand that solving network issue can take a little time but i have been reporting the issue from past 1 year. Night data issue should have been resolved by now as i have provided the screenshots of recharges. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Internet service working, outgoing call working as both these services are chargeable but incoming call not working as the service is free. Don’t try to make your customers foolish.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged International Roaming Pack for 28 days by paying ₹6995 but I am not getting incoming calls from India. For resolving this problem ViCustomer Care asking alternate phone number. Is this not a joke? When I have valid plan means they can contact me

    @ViCustomerCare who is the CEO of vi in India I just want to talk to him and tell him my problem that vi sim was working very well before but your technical team cam to the village and made some changes in tower after that we are not able to get signals in our Village
