    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare I never authorized this subscription. When I questioned the charge and requested proof of my consent/activation, I was told that I must pay the amount whether I used the service or not.I was also told that if I port my number to another network,the β‚Ή210.17 would not be refunded

    @ViCustomerCare please make sure that whoever representative calls me this time has all the knowledge and knows what needs to be done! We just missed an important OTP sms due to 0 network at our place! Pathetic and a fragile network service!!

    @ViCustomerCare Same problem check complaint no. RAJ-V02168117605 According to vi above complaint related problem was resolved but reality something else . We are suffering with same networl problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I understand the privacy concern, but please send your network team to physically check the connectivity first. I will remove the location from the public timeline after your team verifies the issue on the ground. Please inspect the network inside homes, streets and rooms

    @ViCustomerCare Help Please Mujhe Jio Number Fir Se Vodafone Vi Main Transfer Karna Hain Koi Executive Bhej Sakte PORT Out Msg Aa gaya Hain.The UPC for your mobile no. is JG25XX78, valid upto 20-08-26 23:59. Do not share UPC with anyone except the recipient operator personnel.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, I am currently at Jabalpur railway station. Vi's network here is so poor that I can't even tell you. 5G is not even available. When will Vi solve its network issue?
