    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after recharging with Rs. 79/- in Delhi Region, you are not providing Outgoing SMS facility. Paying Rs. 129/- just for Outgoing SMS is never justified. Do you want us to switch over to Cheapest @MTNLOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare U have one of the worst customer service, ur emp best in to hung up the call with solving customer queries, I have my hour, most of them transfer my call to sr rep and then disconnect the call, I recharged my phone as informed by ur rep, still m not able to use

    @aksjh539 @ViCustomerCare It might be true, but I am totally fed up with @ViCustomerCare and now the situation is, I can move in to any network but can't stay with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare 60 Rs from my secondary bal and 20 Rs from my main bal has been deducted from my account on 12th with me never opting for any service or notifying me before deducting. This is 2nd consecutive month the same thing has happend with me.

    @ViCustomerCare your service has degraded beyond words. So when I want to port out, instead of helping your team is rejecting port out request on some imaginary reasons. Can you Authorize port out request?

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising this disconnection issue in apr-may 2021. IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE THAT YOU DELAYED THE PROCESS AND I AM STILL RECEIVING THE BILL FOR THE SAME.
