    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @ViCustomerCare The vi people are shameless. My network issue being as n existing customer they couldn't fix and stopped replying. Nobody even replied anything on it. Now wen i bluffed that i need new connection they are replying. @consumerforum_ @TRAI
