    @TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @TRAI No respite from unsolicited calls by Vodafone Idea team for plan upgrade calls made in guise of service calls !! @ViCustomerCare why have u shared my mobile numbers to these agents and pls stop this . I get 2 such calls almost every day
