@TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

@ViCustomerCare When? I want this to be resolved immediately. This is an incident of pure forgery either by Vi or by the customer representative. Customer rep name is Pratiksha and I spoke to her on 20th June in the afternoon. Never gave any consent for any change in my postpaid plan.

@ViCustomerCare past 4-5 days your network is acting like anything, calls not going through, the ones going through drop in middle, keep up the service and even the customer shifting to you may drop you like the calls your network drops🤷🤷🤷
