    @TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

    @ViCustomerCare I was on a family plan with VI and initiated a request of porting out. After multiple requests from your customer care, I decided to stay with Vi and asked the customer care to reinstate my old plan with all the numbers. But your team is unable to do so…

    @JioCare do restart again your internet packs with no daily data limit for the whole year. It helps a lot. Else you will lose one of your loyal customer to @ViCustomerCare Thanks

    Opting Vi India 4G for data is hell. Network keeps fluctuating from 4G to E to G. @ViCustomerCare need to work on its stability.
