    @TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @TRAI Everytime I raise ucc sms complaint via DND app to @ViCustomerCare , they close it saying CDR does not match - TAP. There is some blunder going on. They are not taking actions and closing the tickets as they wish.
