    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @ViCustomerCare My family plan no 8081300001 which is activate from 2015 is terminated by saying ur docs are rejected ,all bills are paid ,no help from vi Applente and store manager Worst co ever seen . Reactivate it or forwarding this fraud to consumer court . Kanwar-8576000001

    I have a corporate postpaid connection of @ViCustomerCare but that calling network & internet speed is worst. At Bilkisganj area Dist. Sehore M.P. kindly look into it ASAP and pls ensure for best 4G network. Otherwise we drop VI and switch to other networks. @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, i am a idea customer since long time after merge of two companies and 4G network internet service of Vi is very poor in my area, internet speed is only 200kbps not even 1 mbps and company is taking lot much for such package i need solution for this problem .
