    @TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare for 3days i m complaining about my network issue but no-one is resolving my network issue it seems I did mistake by port to vi. Only they are raising a complaint but noone is resolving my issue my all data is going in vain please do something 8700957812

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia the worst thing is VI close the ticket without letting you know and without any resolution. If you will ask the reason for ticket closure then they will again reopen the ticket and increase the time. Worst service ever compared to Airtel and Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare You see, I left a message on the port and then you don't even have to call me to change my mind. You are the one who is bothered by this service of yours. How much I am still suffering. The advantage is that I got upc code but none of my calls and internet is off

    Facing severely poor network on a regular basis for the last few weeks @ViCustomerCare ive changed my sim twice but still getting poor internet , i get almost 5 kbps sometimes .. Plz do look into this
