@TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

@ViCustomerCare 9881741332 is an postpaid idea customer since last 15 yrs. The phone was lost & new sim was requested. It’s been more than 8 hrs & sim is not activated yet. The customer is super disappointed with IVR as there is no option to get any update on SIM card activation.

@ViCustomerCare hi I am Fed up of your network from so many days. Your network shifts suddenly to 2g from 4g and most often stays in that mode for hours. Why increased tariffs when you can't improve ur service. Solve my problem please or other wise I have to discontinue with u.

@VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Masterclass in cheating customers! Ignored requests to discontinue the number and now refuses to refund me money because "we don't have records". I'm absolutely amazed how a national services provider has such incompetent customer service teams.
