    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI,I Recharged with 149 + 49, through VI APP, first I did recharge with 149rs but reflected, I reached near VI care they said do reacharge with 49rs so I did that also but amount is not reflected still I contact customer care 199 they said technical issue.

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare pls refund my amount I don't want any VODAFONE sim. Because your worst service experience. Now it's better to stop relationship before start- customer with @vodafone My amount is important.
