No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

@TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

@ViCustomerCare @Gurviee One of the worst network service provider in India.. It's been more than 6 days..they couldn't activate the suspended number..Giving all bullshit stories form VI customer care..And in twitter also they will reply saying we will resolve the issue..
