    No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile is realme U1 and I also start voLTE option in my phone settings but after all this thing, voLTE icon didn't show on my phone screen. Please resolve this issue asap otherwise I will switch to Airtel or Jio. Thnx

    @ViCustomerCare you are fake and your customer service are also fake. My incoming calls and massages are not working from last two days. And your customer care unable to find what is the issue. And then me that wait till 5th Oct. Now you tell me how can I wait till 5th Oct.

    @ViCustomerCare your network is so weak that I am unable to browse nor talk to anyone its worst than @reliancejio @airtelindia even in places like railway station I am unable to get the calls as there's no network. What's the use of paying then?
