@TRAI @DoT_India Pls help as @Idea @VodafoneIN not supporting. Mobile linkes with all accounts and online lockers and services down since 26th Oct. @idea store also not supporting.

No network since 26th October on @Idea , customer care representative is dumb. Multiple visit done to @idea @VodafoneIN store, no solution. Pls provide OTP for MNP.

@ViCustomerCare your customer retention agencies are harrassing me. Has VI permitted its call centres to call female customers post 7 pm? I'm getting calls at 9 pm also @TRAI from 10 digit mobile numbers. I have given port out confirmation half a dozen times. Stop the torture.

@ViCustomerCare The Area is Sector 23A gurgaon Where I stay there is very unstable network of VI infact every where VI network is unstable I port my number bsnl to VI but there is no change. I can understand BSNL don't have anything but but VI has every latest system but still unstable

@ViCustomerCare the worst service provider,not a single webpages even it's own app is not opening with it's internet connection, choosing over @reliancejio is a mistake,i port my number to vi but it is worse than worst. Never choose vi never suggest to anyone also.

@ViCustomerCare We are aware these are tough times for VI, and, to keep competition alive, want to support VI. But service is getting to a state where ... 'Fetch bill' after OTP doesn't fetch, after payment confirmation takes 6 minutes! Calls drop, swathes of no data! Pl Amend!
