@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare why is your customer forced to buy an unlimited plan for getting outgoing sms service??? Why don't you give any small plan for that? All other companies provide outgoing+incoming SMS and calls with 99/- plan. Why can't you?

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

@ViCustomerCare what a **** service from vi .. booked 2 paid postpaid numbers and one of the number gets rejected.. bad service and this happened 2 times .. very **** service
