    @vodafoneIN Chronic network failure (calls + data) Pathetic after-sales & store support Policies that punish, not protect, customers I’ve raised multiple complaints; no meaningful resolution. Advice: Avoid Vi postpaid entirely. Worst telecom experience in every aspect. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare See , I am complaining since many years but you are not improving your service . There is only one Network tower in my area which are so for away from my home i am telling you to install one Vi tower in my area because i am not getting even 4g network forget about 5g.

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar/Ahmednagar Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month. @TRAI_OHD @TRAI kindly take of the permission and other necessitie

    @ViCustomerCare My IR did not work during entire trip so why should I pay. Your customer service contacted on me whatsapp & I could connect because I was on hotel WiFi. I have screenshots of entire convo with person where I have taken all steps & still IR did not work @TRAI @jagograhakjago
