@ViCustomerCare A month back, I moved to a diff operator and paid all my pending dues. Suddenly you have barred my services and are not conveying fully paid status to the new operator. Why making the process so hard? Please resolve this terribly managed issue, work is suffering.

@ViCustomerCare if you can home deliver sim card for new pre paid connection then why can't an existing post paid user can shift to prepaid connection from home? I am unable to visit your stores in person as I am not well but being your existing customer I don't have such liberty
