    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 4 months since I’ve been facing this issue, and I’m 100% sure it’s not going to be resolved anytime soon. I’ve just been assigned another ticket, and I’m pretty sure this one will also be closed without providing any actual solution.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, my internet has been painfully slow for weeks. I filed a complaint 10 days ago, but you have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Why am I paying for a service I cannot even use? Fix my network speed immediately! #Vi #PoorService #InternetDown

    I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

    @ViCustomerCare Same problem check complaint no. RAJ-V02168117605 According to vi above complaint related problem was resolved but reality something else . We are suffering with same networl problem.
