    Very bad experience in the store. The salesman are very unprofessional. I went there to port my sim to prepaid and they forced me to pay the FRC recharge instant. Where there is no rule that I have to pay the recharge amount there. Can't we recharge on our own? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare There is no benefit in telling you. I have been harassed for telling you for the past one year and I can't say anymore. The problem will not be solved until we have a new tower here. And you will not sit in a new tower. I needed to inform you so I informed.
