    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare I did not recharge my sim card for couple of weeks and they have suspended my incoming call service, I have not been getting any calls and missed all important calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team VI, I have just heard that VI is shutting down the Keypad Phoneline Google Assistant service, that's not fair, it is very useful for peoples of remote areas. Kindly don't do that, even I had recently ported my Prepaid sim to VI just bcoz of this.

    @ViCustomerCare facing network switch automatically many times. 4G coverage under home is very low. In window or outside home very fast 4G but in home switching to 3G many times. Please Solve my issue.
