@ViCustomerCare 8697011425 vi post paid number belongs to my mother who is 78 years old. Sim is not working, showing no network, when asked CC told my mother need to visit vi store to replace sim there is no home delivery!!!!!!!

Hey @ViCustomerCare In My City (Akola, Maharashtra) Vi 4G Network is very bad. Sometimes it goes in 2G Connection Please Improve your Network. Your Plans Prices are Good but Network is Bad so Improve Network First.
