    @ViCustomerCare Helo there, I recently ported to vi™ sim and activated voLTE services too. But in daily usage when i call to any other networks my volte is disabling it self i can't use the 4G/3G/2G any either internet during this call. Please help me what should i do???

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about call drops and internet speed issue for twice a month for past 2 years continuously, and this haven’t been solved yet. And I have unsubscribed the Netflix plan too and asked for deactivation of renewal and you still charged me with it

    @ViCustomerCare Raised a request (# APR-V00479861298) for no internet access and hardly connecting the phone calls for incoming/outgoing in Edibazar, Hyderabad locality, and rude response from customer service. Encouraging to switch to other service provider? worse service vi.

    @ViCustomerCare What is Happening with your network in Jaipur Rajasthan ? I am not even Able to Use 2G network and LTE is also Not working today Customer care says sir wait for some days we are upgrading network in your area but. What is this 🐱 internet ?

    @ViCustomerCare Why is it so hard to get someone to talk to in your customer care? 199 and 198 won’t give any clear option to reach an executive. Absolutely ridiculous customer experience

    @ViCustomerCare Here The Vi network is too slow in my Location. It's such like I'm using a 2G internet connection. 🤕💔 I request you to solve the Vi internet connection near me . Nor i have to switch my number to Jio Digital or Airtel Network. 😔
