  @ViCustomerCare your service is worse in bihar. I am a postpaid customer having unlimited plan 699 for better internet. But after 27 days of activating my number I never get good speed. Is it worth to pay 699 for that or should I refuse to pay the bills due to worse service.

  @ViCustomerCare it seems VI doesn't value its customer and don't hesitate to make them fool. I raised complaint on 06May21, it was assured that it will be resolved within 72 hours nothing happened. Yesterday connected with customer care, assured to resolve it in 24 hours but same
