  @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

  I had done the wrong number recharge & within one hour i raised the issue with @ViCustomerCare and they had asked me abt all the details and getting all the details after a week apx they called n said sry we can’t do anything Then y were u collecting details from me

  @ViCustomerCare It has been a long time, and I still haven't received any satisfactory response regarding my mobile number. I need my SIM reactivated as soon as possible. Is this really how you treat your customers? No one is listening or taking responsibility.
