@ViCustomerCare Again request closed without any resolution Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. MNG-V00921185539. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198 within 30 days.

To network. Always need to use my BSNL Wi-Fi. Other service providers are ace compared to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complained loads of time but you can see the support messeges. So only 2-3 days validity left and gonna port to maybe @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Same was told by Shairnail and many other but still instead of getting network rectified, telling me to use 2G, why do charge for 4g then if I hv to use 2g? @DoT_India #vi_pain is troubling whr they are not ready to resolve network problem rather telling to use 2g
