  @ViCustomerCare Vi cc hardly share porting procedure.Yesterday I requested to explain how to port my vi postpaid to airtel prepaid .vi care wasted my time and at last shared how to cancel port procedure only..worst service

  When I called your customer care automated voice says me to open go in order section of my account to view order. WTF I can't open account. @ViCustomerCare how can you sell used sim to me. It's not the first time. Another site I also face same but there was oto option.

  @aayush689 @ViCustomerCare Yes , true . Vodaphone have really no System to address customer issue and all have just one predefined answers and no solution . How a corporate like Vodaphone is allowed to operate like this ? All corporate governance bodies must take a reviews of such companies .

  @ViCustomerCare Vi is giving false assurances.They are not willing to refund my money.very worst service. Airtel is far better than vi.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please do not call with overconfidence when nothing has been done from ur end. Sort the issue first and den wait a few days and den call. It would be great if u guys got in touch with @Bajaj_Finance and figure it out. Service from both atm is useless and pathetic.
