2. @ViCustomerCare 2. My security deposit was Rs. 498 and the Vi mini store charged me Rs. 399/- for the FRC of Rs. 249 and I was told by customer care that the excessive account was deposited to my main balance without my consent and can't be used for a recharge.

@ViCustomerCare Now your team saying the call is not connecting to my number. If customer care is not able to call on my number. Then what service you are providing. Also I have provided alternative number twice in DM still they are asking alternative no. Am I look like a fool?

@ViCustomerCare is providing very bad service. Calls are not connecting and receiving. Calls dropping in the middle of conversation. I did complain to customer care but they did not help me. Please let me know how to port to other network

Whenever I send an SMS, my 4G connection goes off & takes a few seconds to come back. Help with this @ViCustomerCare please. I am unable to verify my UPI apps because of this problem. Anyone else faced this issue? How to resolve this?
