    I made a prepaid recharge yesterday through Google Pay. The payment was successfully completed, and Google Pay shows “Recharge processed”, but the recharge has still not been credited to my Vi prepaid account. And im getting poor response from customercare. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I placed an order for a fancy number on 19 August, but despite 2–3 calls, I still haven’t received any clear update. Please look into this and provide a status ASAP. #Vi @ViCustomerCare very poor service

    @ViCustomerCare No Resolution Yet. Daily Data Limit is exhausted and now I'm not able to use Internet. Your so called Unlimited 5G is just Lie.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India For the past month, the network drops constantly, internet stops working for 30 minutes after running for just 5 minutes, and 'G' appears. Completely poor service! Please resolve this permanently. #Vi #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue
