    @ViCustomerCare My due date for this month’s bill is 25th March. Yet a recorded message has been put on my phone to pay at once. I’ve been sent an SMS to call 198. I’ve spent half an hour already on 199 with not a scrap of luck. Can you help sort this out?

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic network at 713359, #VoLTE disappears while on call and while sending text msgs resulting in frequent call drop, also wasn't able to latch on to any network in Jharkhand while on roam @ViCustomerCare #Time2Switch

    @ViCustomerCare my international roaming is not working and despite complaints there is no resolution. Even strange there’s no supervisor and Sahana is not able to support. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare No response from your team till now. It is not a question of 2 rs, it is about the principle of being charged for a service that you don't use. It is waste of time, money and energy to argue with your customer service team every month to get the charges waived off
