@ViCustomerCare i have been trying to get my number activated. I'm a permanent resident in Canada and I want to keep my idea number active but because of me having an old sim my network is not working on the SIM. I am told that it can't be changed without a registered ID.

@ViCustomerCare What an amazing service provided. I'm on Vi Max 401 plan, no call pickups within 20 seconds, no issue resolutions for atleast 4 of my high priority complaints and escalations and now the Network complaint has been closed without even interaction with me.
