    @ViCustomerCare Aapka network coverage Airtel aur Jio se kaafi peechhe hai.Customers aapko sirf isliye choose karte hain ki aapke data plans better hain(Like 4 GB/day and binge all night + weekend data roll over) but aapke pricing me to aag lagi hui hai. hum kyu choose karenge aapko? No reason🤪

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic Horrible service. Needed to get International Roaming activated. Apparently had to call the corporate line. That number doesnt work so I had to email. Have sent 7 emails so far and everytime the requirement is different. Pathetic service. Please escalate

    @ViCustomerCare How ? My internet is not working past 6 days. Made multiple complaints. Had to buy a Jio sim to do my office work. Will you compensate for the data that’s lapsed in past 6 days and the money I spent on Jio? I am taking this to the appellate authority now.
