@ViCustomerCare You are sending "we are now on whatsapp...." message several times in a day. When raising complain you are telling it is service message. If you want I can give date and time of receipt of this unwanted message.

@ViCustomerCare can't even run IVR properly and claims to have the "fastest 4G". Pathetic!! Customer Complaint number getting disconnected after Hello. Tried 28 times. YES - 28 TIMES!! Vi should be ashamed. No Vi network in Karnataka. Stuck with this stupid network.

@DoT_India please help, these thieves at @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare are not letting customers to opt out from their network and saying that our main balance is nothing and forcing us to recharge again with higher value to send port SMS

@ViCustomerCare today my No. 9001216793 is activated that was ported from jio but i can't able to connect to internet. I called customer care but they say that problem was registered and solve on 10-03-21. That is joke for a customer?
