  Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room.
