    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to do banking transactions without OTP.Created ticket CHN-V00442508948.Seems the Vi network tower nearby has no backup for the tower operations once electricity is out.Not sure whether any operator is responsible for that.Thinking of switching to other service.

    @ViCustomerCare Spoke to Mala from Nodal Office and she resolved the issue in few minutes. Train your customer service staff to understand issue and explain properly. Thank you Mala from Karnataka Nodal Office.

    @ViCustomerCare The most ridiculous customer service I have ever come across. Been calling since yesterday, and not one person has provided a resolution. The representatives are rushing to hang up the phone, and some of them even saying "sorry we can't help you in this matter"

    @ViCustomerCare I deactivated my idea broadband connection 6 months back and still to receive refund of deposit amount worth appox. Rs.2000. Inspite of multiple follow ups no response from Vi customer care. Would you care to respond?
