  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare I’d like to draw attention to the Bihta area in Patna district, where NIT Patna’s Bihta campus is located. With 4,000+ students, it’s disappointing that none of the major telecom operators provide proper 5G connectivity here. Airtel, Jio, everything sucks.
