    @ViCustomerCare Naaaaa! I'll just get a phone call with a very looooonnng conversation and in the end you will never solve my issue. Better to MNP. Im done with Vi for always making surprise deduction from balance. Maybe You guys r too broke while other carriers flourish. Good bye

    Vi Mob has sent me a long bill for the services I have not used. They label it as 'miscellaneous'. No action taken despite of multiple emails. I always pay extra to keep some amt as credit, and this is what you do! I have no issues sharing my mob no. 9967966237 @ViCustomerCare
