    @ViCustomerCare Stop billing/charging customer with the calls which he/she did not make. Also @ViCustomerCare not caring for the customers concern about false representation of records on bill. Also trying to put the issue under the carpet by issuing 500 inr waiver #poorservice

    he told me I've registered a complaint and then after they've totally stoped my network services I'm literally stucked in between my work and this stupid network... It's not even worth using @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare anymore if they will not restart all my network service

    @ViCustomerCare I am a business partner with VI and I did a wrong recharge by mistake , but VI representative didn't solve my problem ..they refuse to help me and say ,you can what you want to do but we can't help you .. how can we stay with VI @JioCare @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Have done the same . A telecaller told me he would reverse the #primevideo VAS from the bill as that was auto renewed without taking the customer permission.

    @ViCustomerCare and @VodafoneIdeaIN - this is extremely unfortunate that @ViCustomerCare is defrauding customers with the RedX plan and Netflix issue and then harassing them. Even the #Vi #CEO doesn't care about such unethical practices. Truly #Shameful.

    @ViCustomerCare Voice network strength is too low when I am using samsung mobile device with "Vi". I am sure "Vi" users out there would have figured out a way to sort this problem with the help of "Vi" customer care. @ViCustomerCare, can you help resolve this common issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, please let me know another way to deactivate caller tune. The ‘send a message STOP to 155223’ sms service didn’t works.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I was presented with a bill including charges (1294.96rs)for the calls which I did not make. After raising the concern received a complaint number. @ViCustomerCare closed the case without investigation & issued 500rs waiver in bill amt. #poorservice
