    @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

    Today, my phone didn't work from 4:04 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare No network tower solution in Delsar, Dahod for 6+ months. Poor signal, call drops & slow internet. Multiple complaints, no action. Please resolve urgently. #Dahod
