    I'm facing denial of network connection by @ViCustomerCare since 36 hours and they are unable to diagnose the same. They want me to wait 72 hours. They say there's a network latching issue with my number. I'm fortunate that I'm at home and office, otherwise!

During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no
