    @ViCustomerCare I have recharge my number outgoing is ok but internet is not working. Your WhatsApp robot is disastrous it's not solving anything nor giving any details. When dialling your customer care number it's connecting to @JioCare ..well done. Thanks for ruining my evening

    @JioCare Thanks @reliancejio for your prompt response. Definitely I will port my number this time, it's really worst experience with @ViCustomerCare, they are not even trying to improve their services even after multiple complaints.
