I am being using Vodafone sim card from past 10/12 years , today i got call from Vodafone agent regarding bill payment, very arrogant, harrasmental talks, poor language . I have the recording with me .So this kind of staff do you hire ? @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare My sim is off from last one week, complained in customer care they logged a complaint and resolved at their end. No VI store is in operational at my town. I am not able to receive any OTPs.. very frustrating... Worst service.
