    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare, you guys should demand a commission from local Wi-Fi dealers past Z Corner, Manjari. Your indoor network is so non-existent that we are literally buying broadband just to make a voice call. Brilliant business model! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ“ฑ

    When will I get #5g in @ViCustomerCare in bangalore pincode 560100 which is an IT hub residential area. Inspite of 5g service launched more than a year ago in #bangalore ,#vi5g isn't avalable everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare Itโ€™s been three days, since i have reported the issue. Everytime, I contact the chat support, they collect basic details, assures tht someone would call me. Chat session is terminated by agent without taking confirmation. First thing after u fix issue, i wd port to @airtelindia
