@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

@ViCustomerCare my vi numbers 7065227620 & 9627617561 on two different basic mobiles.since last two days I am not able to hear voice over the call while network strength is full. Sometimes voice is clear but most of the time call mute problem.Add:Sec 4 Wave City Ghaziabad 201002
