    @ViCustomerCare hello, my dad has a Vi postpaid number. He is in the US right now with active international pack(149 rs basic international pack). But his phone is not able to connect to any network. Can you tell me what's wrong? Awaiting response.

    Pathetic service given by @ViCustomerCare by Mr Jasmeet. He put my call on hold without any prior info. In last call disconnected. I asked a simple question but he didn't reply & hold the call. Porting my number in other operator today itself. #cheap_Vi_services #Avoid_Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am having very bad Experience after using VI connection for over 10 years. In Aug2022, i took an addition postpaid connection, to visit Kashmir, though I had prepaid conn with VI. I was told min for 3months i need to keep. I paid for 3 month bill without (2)

    @ViCustomerCare I visited your store multiple times and they files a complaint SR: 3-125735839116 on 15/4/2023 17:05:58 and they assure me that no calls/no mails will be done. They found that Number was disconnected on 10.Nov.22 but again someone got that Activated on 30.Nov (6)

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Network Ever Network speed of vi is very worst The network of vi is not much as good or expected i recommend all Vi user to not use Vi Sim And I request all vi user to use jio and airtel network Please solve my problem Otherwise i will port in jio

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Msg from VI,problem solve without solution. Hi, we hv resolved ur network complaint no. DEL-V01265341587.With this, u should not face any further network issues. In case you are not happy with our resolution,you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.
