    @ViCustomerCare Today, even poor strength of signal in 2G mode. This was all happened suddenly due to network issue. As before, i was getting very well network. Facing since 10 days without any resolution. However , i am waiting it to be resolved before 12 jan 22 as assured

    @ViCustomerCare my no. …. Is not getting proper network… I am having issues with my calls and connectivity issues. I have complained ton of times to the customer care … the network is not good please help … Or I am porting to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to raise ticket for network issues. Get error that another ticket is open. Can I know which ticket is open? Can't see anything in VI app.

    Most shameful behavior from #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare As soon as I escalated my issue of no revert / resolution for last 7 days for wrong billing, Outgoing on all my 3 nos. in Family plan has been stopped. Forcing Consumers to pay the wrong billed amt. despite escalation.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Most pehetic service . I have been a loyal customer of Orange / Hutch / Vodafone and don't what service provider is it now... Please improve ur services. else vi will lose a lot customers soon!!! Really disappointed with ur services and ur executives..

    Meet the Third Class Telecom of India. @ViCustomerCare I have purchased 118₹ plan but they have activated the 58₹ plan then I have reported to Support. But their Support is Like their Head Team. Mindless and Stupid. I will suggest my friends to Never Buy a Vi Sim.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer executives are Joker first they ask your mobile no. in dm then they don't check DM then after an hour other executive ask you for the same and if you post it on tweet, they ask you to delete and send it in DM ch*tya bna rkha in sbne
