@DoT_India, absolute mockery of @TRAI guidelines by @ViCustomerCare. Repeatedly calling customers just because we are porting to another operator. Not only this, the executives who call have no decency or politeness. They are very rude. Is this how you plan to retain customers?

@ViCustomerCare Raising multiple requests for a single issue is not a good plan. Instead, raise only 1 request and work on it. Customers get happy when their complaints are solved instead of giving them such vague reply.
