  @ViCustomerCare I have raised tickets number 4-136989281936, 4-137028393306, 4-137060912797 but not once got a reply what is IMS charges. Plus I am getting harassments calls for bills. I am postpaid customer of Vodafone for 6 years& this is how I get treated also harassing my oldage mother.

  I purchased @ViCustomerCare new number postpaid number but they are providing poor calling services and poor Internet speed. So i submitted a termination request. now their retention team is regularly calling to retain the number at any cost by offering foolish offers.

  I'm facing a network speed issue on postpaid and I'm told the customer cares about my problems and she waits for 1 week so I'm waiting.. but still I am facing the same issue.. the customer care pays the bill amount @ViCustomerCare ... Why do you wait for 1 week

  @ViCustomerCare UPC not generated by you. You are not allowing sms outgoing. One of you saying for sim verification but there is no re-veryfication option in vi agent app. No Vi service center doing re-veryfication. You are making fool to customer.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your team is not doing a damn thing. First of all this is how you’re looting your customers and secondly you have poor network services and nothing is being done about both the issues. I need these issues resolved ASAP otherwise I’m escalating this for sure.

  @ViCustomerCare As vi network is not made for gaming as game didn't login and i tried with many devices and different different locations same issues happening and now it's clear that vi is not made for gaming . And bad service
