    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    what the hell is wrong with vodafone signal. i recharge 500+ (4G unlimited call and 2gb data) trusting you people of quality call and internet service. but you are not able give internet speed for atleast 2G level.😫😏 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @nickread @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare There was a calldrop and internet issues for which I went to your gallery in Byculla,Mumbai.where I was told to upgrade the sim to 5g and it will be shifted to postpaid for 4 months. I had to take a family plan of 2 members pay 300 for new sim, as nobody in fly wanted to shift.

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @EricssonIndia Get rid of inept incompetent sly customer care workers who are sitting at customer care desk but can't hear customers voice at 199. They deliberately pose that they can't hear & disconnect the call repeatedly despite calling from different nos. Shame on @ViCustomerCare #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Issue yet not resolved as per the specified promised date,request you to kindly refund INR 1499/- without any delay. If u r unable to refund my refund then I have no choice but to port both VI numbers.
