    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    what the hell is wrong with vodafone signal. i recharge 500+ (4G unlimited call and 2gb data) trusting you people of quality call and internet service. but you are not able give internet speed for atleast 2G level.😫😏 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @nickread @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare kindly assist. My father's phone is 5G enabled, since the past few days he is not getting a network, shows only the "E" symbol. Tried through customer care too. But no resolution yet.

    @ViCustomerCare My postpaid SIM’s internet & outgoing are barred citing “verification failed” EVEN AFTER successful KYC & submitting all details. Re-verification request raised but ZERO calls or response from Vi. This is pathetic service & harassment. Restore services IMMEDIATELY

    @ViCustomerCare I’m on ₹579/56 days plan. For months my internet speed drops badly after 8–9 PM, gets normal around 10 PM, and becomes unusable again after 12 AM during the 12–6 unlimited data period even in good coverage places. Need a fix ASAP or I’ll switch SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the same response I’ve been receiving repeatedly — “made a note” and “will update shortly.” There is still no timeline, no call, and no resolution. Please either restore my services immediately or provide my UPC so I can port out. Customers deserve clarity, not templates.

    @ViCustomerCare It's ok. Vi service is worst. It takes so many days just for allotment of number. Gallery says number is available cc says unable to find if available or not. And what's logic bhind this ke only post paid available no prepaid? Isn't this loot?

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update, no call, no resolution. How long does it take to “make a note” and actually act on it? My services are barred due to your verification failure even after completing KYC. This is unacceptable. Need immediate resolution, not automated replies @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience.. just to convert my postpaid number to prepaid, I am struggling from last 2 months.. Do not buy idea number.. Customer service and store experience are worst.. no one helping.... I will close my number now...
