    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't pretend that you are doing something for me. The first time I called, your agent said "nothing can be done" and cut the call with a sorry. Now suddenly "we are here to help"? Action > Words. Either refund ₹199 or activate the plan shown in your app.

    @ViCustomerCare No reply to my DM or complaint. Your executive cancelled my port request without my consent after I confirmed I wanted to port to @JioCare. Resolve this today or I'll escalate to @TRAI and the Consumer Commission. #Vi #MNP

    @ViCustomerCare Debt and the worst performing telco in India. I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.
