    I have been complaining repeatedly about network issues but nothing has been done. Please find solutions for my location, otherwise porting will be the way to go. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

    My wife's phone number stopped working all of a sudden. No incoming/outgoing calls, data and sms work. @ViCustomerCare - this is probably the worst service experience. Planning to switch to a different provider, doesn't seem to have any value in continuing with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @airtelindia Your network is not working since today morning in Vapi city and surrounding areas, even @ViCustomerCare network off but they resume it, while it's only @JioCare who gives uninterrupted services during this extremely heavy rainfall. Shame on you #Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.
