    @ViCustomerCare Poor service....first u apply services from ur side,then deduct balance , Create inconvenience for customers. When we call customer care,they ask customer to put their number in blacklist.s this the way to deal with the customer Really shameful.Hoping for ur reply

    @ViCustomerCare now where r those verification techniques? The SIM card used is for about 20 years the time when Vodafone first existed in India. I’m going to port all my Vi now into some other network connection now!

    @ViCustomerCare how can a 75 year old COVID patient come to your customer card office within 10 Jun 2021 and verify that she is the person who’s SIM CARD is?! On verification of add n new SIM card u guys go to any extent n come to home n verify things.

    @ViCustomerCare There is very low network availability in my area and Internet speed is working like 2g It irritates when it converts automatically to 2g from 4g.I also made a complaint about the same few days back but still there is no any positive feedback from you.#poornetwork
