    Worst service provided by @ViCustomerCare , previously you had to pay for the outgoing calls, but now we also need to pay for the SMS 🙄, now all your OTPs coming to mobile, and for verification you need an SMS. Even your customer service is not good😠

    @ViCustomerCare Why have you guys removed SMS service from recharge of Rs. 49 ? Can't send SMS ,neither verify for UPI, no seperate SMS Pack, increased tarrif . Can't use main balance (why it even exists) to send SMS ? Kindly restore SMS (along with recharge)or let use main bal.

    @ViCustomerCare I have noticed my internet doesn't work when there is a power cut in my area. Team pls resolve this ASAP. it's very difficult to work from home.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday had conversation in customer care.while conversation concern executive without taking my consent he transferred my call to supervisor than I have waited for 3 minutes bt no one picked call and my call disconnected. Is this your professionalism?shame on u

    I experienced very rude behavior from Vi customer care today. I called to inquire of an unauthorized deduction from my account. They made me repeat the question several times. I never got a convincing explanation. They refused to let me talk to their supervisor @ViCustomerCare

    I live in village and users are limited when compared to cities. Problem is with your @ViCustomerCare Tower because range is low compared to Jio tower and speed is also low and frequently gets connected and disconnected. I am using data card (dongle) and can not work (WFH).

    @VodafoneIN I am sandeep singh activated number 9988100024 from patiala paid rs875 number cost but after 4 to 5 days number barred because verification issue 5 times re-verification entry done but verification call not receive and kindly confirm you are able to activate or not

    @ViCustomerCare the way vi store persons work without giving correct answer to the customer I think so Vi Is liable for its losses and it's completely right that they will loose customer bcz all idiots work in @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Received call from +911205184500.The guy told that it is Company policy to make and change policies at will.This means Customer reviews or convenience is not taken into account by so called 'policy makers'.He said same in other telecom also. Is this a signal to change to 'other'
