Hey @ViCustomerCare will you improve your services or shall I port to other network? Its too worst, forget about video streaming even unable use payment wallet through your network & need to use other network to do anything. I hv not taken up your plan just to store your data.

@ViCustomerCare Sir, my location is,Vill+Post-Bhamuria,PS-Neturia,Dist-Purulia, State-West Bengal,Pin-723121. In my location we have full 4g network coverage both indoors and outdoors for all private operators except VI. Sir please do something so that i dont have to port out.

@ViCustomerCare your IVR at 198(complaints) is very similar to 199 and I couldn’t find complaint zone in WhatsApp bot or app. Please consider this tweet as a complaint. I am unable to port out of your pathetic services because of some subsisting contractual obligations

what's wrong with VI suddenly they send message that I have activated callertune and over data and, the thing is VI network is not even running. and when called helpline the guy say system is not working and cut the call. @ViCustomerCare
