@VodafoneIN I don't have an issue with the message, it's just that the volume of the recording is extremely loud. It seems to ignore my call colume settings, the call volume after the message is perfectly normal. It's the volume of the prerecorded message that is unhealthily high.

@VodafoneIN You cut my number without any notice. Just because I didn't recharge for two weeks, you can't randomly stop services on my number. I tried recharging my phone, called the customer care but no response. Please help. I can't afford to lose my number.

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN I went to two of your stores and both were closed. I called customer care which is automated with just two options. You stopped my incoming calls, without notice, because I didn't recharge for outgoing, it's been a full day and I am still waiting for your call.

@TRAI VI is not allowing to send port sms without doing a minimum recharge of 155. It's like forcefully asking customers to pay some amount even when they have a main balance before they can even switch a network. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Guys whosoever is always facing N/W & browsing issues, talk to Vi, make them willing to let you deduct 50/60% of ur monthly bill if they are unable to give proper N/W. Only then they shall make it better
