    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Since Vodafone & Idea merged, I am facing an issue about my Callertunes service. It never gets activated. I’ve tried it through every platform(App, Site, SMS)I even complained on 199 but nothing happened! They say due to technical glitch its there. help!

    @ViCustomerCare I am using vi mobile 9999135100 and 9999135200 for many years now and paying the bills regularly. Suddenly, today my both of these mobile outgoing service is stopped by Vodafone without any reason.

    @ViCustomerCare What's the benefit of switching to VI when no one from VI customer care is helping me even I am an existing VI user, unfortunately I have to suffer for 3 more months due to sim Port rules. I will definitely switch to another network where atleast they listen and help users.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys are deducting amount from senior citizen account on the basis of some "mydala" offer which they had never activated. Even in my case full DND services are activated in account. Then how can you deduct amount and when complained your customer care 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare You can disturb a customer with 10 unnecessary calls a day but you can't intimate the customer a day or two before the plan expires? Can't drop a message stating the same Only way to know is when nothing is working which is usually the case for your network
