    @ViCustomerCare My point is y it is taking two long months to fix one issue. What has been done so far from you. Taking info from DM, Getting calls from customers care, Social Media Team, Nodal desk, Call from Ravinder Thakkar (CEO) team and still the issue is not fixed. Wow. Get it done asap.

    @ViCustomerCare # Idea is the worst telecom service provider in India. I have been continuously facing poor network issue since March. The customer care executives say that your issue will be solved within 24 hours. And, still I am placing complain everyday fir the same issue.
