    @ViCustomerCare Without giving any prior notice Vi just stopped giving unlimited data (12-6am). Recharged with ₹699 muktomonjhe times which gives 4GB/day for 84 days (price before price hike). Please resolve my issue with outmost urgency as I'm not getting data from 12am-6am.

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad . No 4g network indoor coverage . 3g only. If u give us bundles of offer . It's valueless . So first available network then give offer . Otherwise return our money .

    finally, successfully ported 1 of my @ViCustomerCare sim card to @airtelindia vi is one of the worst network.bad internet, network, customer service.from being the best network to the worst network in area now.

    @ViCustomerCare Need to give up now !! Nothing can be done. Your network is not available in Qatar, even vodafane is available in qatar and vi is idea and vodafone. But airtel is alone serving better. I made a mistake before i was using airtel. @airtelindia please help

    @Shrinath_k7 @ViCustomerCare in such cases where to lodge complaint if we are not getting solution from vodafone itself. I have opted for migration from postpaid to prepaid by visting the store once. I dont want to visit it again and the action has not been taken yet by voda
