    @ViCustomerCare You are wasting my time and my money, every time a different person sends an automated message. There is 0 professionalism maintained. Nobody calls back with a resolution. 6 calls from 6 different people. Disgusting service.

    @ViCustomerCare no explanation given by customer care person as to why additional Rs. 25 were added to my bill under Value added Services. All I was told that I have downloaded some content from PlayStore, which I haven't. Even tough amount is reverted back, need some explanation

    @ViCustomerCare why you guys make it difficult for the customer to port the numbers. Whenever i call your support, your representative give me different information everytime.

    @ViCustomerCare when there is a wrong transaction. It’s not a normal usage from the customer why wasn’t the data switched off. When already there is a sim from another country with data on how is Vodafone data being used. Switch data is off, data roaming is off, india data is off

    @ViCustomerCare the next call I get I will port out of Vodafone with the entire family. This is horrendous harassment. Fix your system don’t blame the customer. Data is switched off, I will reiterate data has been switched off since I have landed in Dubai…….
