    @ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service I'm getting. After changing to prepaid and paying for recharge I don't have balance Not being able to call customer care also. Can't receive any calls. Nobody replying here only also.

    @ViCustomerCare raised issue for poor internet coverage however it's closed by ur team without any response. I suggest u to work on ground level instead of showing urself no.1 on poster and tv ads. Ground reality is ur network id worst here on the prime location.
