Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
