    @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN @Vodacom @DoT_India Signals is very weak. when Idea display there are no data & no calling and my number tells forward, While my number is not forwarded to any other number. If the problem is not sorted out, I will port out to jio. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Without SMS facility what is the use of your connection. It would be better removing the SMS (outgoing) facility in small recharge plan give 5 to 10 SMS facility for emergency use. As all know now a day less consumers are using SMS facility all give preference to WhatsApp.

    @ViCustomerCare From WB VILLAGE JIRANPUR PIN 736134 NAME NIRUPAM I LIVED IN RURAL AREA HERE VI "VOLTE" IS NOT PROPERLY WORK THAT'S WHY FACED PING ISSUE IN ONLINE GAMES AND ETC. SO PLEASE CHECK RURAL AREA NETWORK COVERAGE AND FIX THIS
