  @ViCustomerCare From 7th Feb 2022, there is no resolution, today is 9th March 2022, one month has been passed, still no result. Just noting d concern but not resolving. Only words no action. Very pathetic, poor, unacceptable, annoying

  Hey @ViCustomerCare , Vi network is down. It was all of a sudden the mobile data becomes dead. I just turned airplane mode on and off, restarted the phone but, nothing worked. Not only the internet but also incoming and outgoing calls are not working. #Vodafoneideadown

  I have a formal complaint that has been registered by the customer care. Why then is the collection department harassing my family by sending people to my house and calling them like frenzy ???? Does no one communicate in your department @ViCustomerCare

  Finally, As I already know, @ViCustomerCare is totally based on Fake promises, Now going to file A Report again Them in @consaff, for promoting Fake Offers to customers, let this issue handle by the legal way, Adviced all to talk before recharge, Bcoz they can change in no time

  @ViCustomerCare UR sms is wrong. network not upgraded. Still facing problem. Not me alone but there are many like me. Network shows zero at times and goes to full four sticks for sometime. First call does not materialise. Repeated third / fourth goes through. Friends get me out of coverage area.
