    @ViCustomerCare you guys have obnoxious customer service. My dad(9830552905) had done an international roaming recharge on his number from the Vi app itself. 995rs recharge for 7 days, Singapore. Nowhere in the process was he told to drop a message to activate this pack.

    @ViCustomerCare without customer concern without approval why callertune has been activated and charged. Last time also I mentioned the same but again n again doing. Is it the new scam of @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @MIB_India Please return money

    @ViCustomerCare seems like you dont want to resolve my issue.I havent gotten my new sim activated yet,only the old sim is working and the network gets cut after every 2-3 mine.I have already visited the centre two times now, resolve the issue or I am switching to @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare Sudden price hike of 20% and continuing poor network service. As I am a VI customer I am thinking about switching to other service providers as soon as my recharge will be expired.

    @ViCustomerCare This is not right excuse before you say your complaint dated 28 Nov '21 8:34 PM with reference number MUM-V00724461550. We’ll find a resolution till 01 Dec '21 6:00 PM. Now why still same issue
