  I have full network bars but no data access. When I contacted @ViCustomerCare, the staff spoke rudely, almost like thugs. Even after u used harsh words n request them as boss yelled at you bcoz nothing got done. Still no action was taken n your issue remains unresolved all day..

  @ViCustomerCare now your executive told me to change sim from yellow to black. It’s very unprofessional. Without any intimation you have stopped my no . 2 . I have asked for help for the last two days . No body bothered. Very unprofessional.
