    @ajeetram3 @ViCustomerCare This issue cant be fixed because near you there is no 5g tower of vi so they just upgraded the software to show fake 5g symbol. Because they are using NSA technology and this technology has some limitations. Better to with Jio they have SA network which is very good

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I have been a loyal customer of vi since 1 year but now they are ignoring me I dm them here emailed them ignored they are giving me delay and delay to reset just one thing their agent just saying it will reset but never happened and never transferred to desk bye vi @airtelindia
