    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare Vi has Expensive plans, for a mediocre network. Airtel does it better.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare No resolution till now, not even anyone reached as gesture of support. Pathetic customer service. You left no choice then porting to other service provider. @TRAI
