If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it

Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
