    @AakashBhopatkar @VodafoneIN I thing its not a Vodafone customer (human responding) or texting, its a computerized (robot) message, repeating the same message to everyone. Have a look with all messages. They have all ready plan that not to hear a single word from customer. Wht they do/give we should follow.

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, My Vi number has been deactivated and is showing "Number Invalid". Due to a medical condition, I was unable to use my phone or manage recharges for a long period. I have now recovered, but I am still unable to move easily due to my health issues.

    @ViCustomerCare This problem is not a specific number problem it's a collective problem for many users so establish a Vi network in my area. Location+Village-Barwan Ratti Patti, Sub Division -Belthara Road, District -Ballia UP East,Pin :-221716 Kindly look into this problem a fix this ASAP
