    @VodafoneIN I donot understand that if I have recharged a number wrongly,and now when I am saying it to be revoked vi coustomer care is saying me to talk with the customer and convince him/her to refund the amount,what a solution very angry have to Port out to other operator.

    @DoT_India still no end to @BSNLCorporate gettin disconnected esp. landline. Despite escalating since 2yrs no action by @ViCustomerCare Vi needs all call details every time issue is raised & then complaint is closed statin all services active. Repeated mental trauma. No resolution. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to place any call from 2 days as I get "person is busy" even I've balance & validity. Your customer executive asked me to wait for 24 hrs and it's really frustrating.

    @ViCustomerCare He has already done that. Wrote to you on FB but no one has bothered since the message is on PM and not on a public platform. 5 days in Dubai with an unlimited intnl roaming package and the roaming hasn’t been activated. You people should shut down your company . #ViaSucks

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I am much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. Internet speed is very slow and not able to meet my official activities. Too much call drops in Vi network. I used CUG number and lots of lodged complaint about this but still same.

    @ViCustomerCare not getting connected properly.. Line is breaking in between, serious network issue in prepaid postpaid both. Pincode 400080.
