    @ViCustomerCare I cannot believe your service has gone from bad to worst. I cannot make call as it doesn't even ring to number dialed 4G speed is so pathetic that I feel I am using 2G. Switched to @reliancejio never faced any problem but coming back to vodafone was a mistake

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News Guys, i hv bn rqstng fr 1 mnth to updt my address but they updated me today dat utility bill i hv shared is rejected , mind u i hd attached my Aadhar card as well. Dis is the typ of service u hv. i m planning to trminate my connection 9999856102.

    It will be really good if I am returned the amount I paid for the recharge. It's so annoying to have such reputated company providing worst service in the market. I regret my decision to buy @ViCustomerCare kindly refund my amount as it's useless I cannot make any call. Pathetic!
