  @ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

  There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar/Ahmednagar Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month. @TRAI_OHD @TRAI kindly take of the permission and other necessitie

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor customer service. I asked to convert my postpaid number to prepaid and repeatedly declined promotional offers, but the agent kept pushing them. Finally told conversion isn’t possible and I must return to India. Also no feedback call despite opting
