    @ViCustomerCare Sir, Speed? Kaha hai network hi nahi hai. We are not able to call or use internet services. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the only network that works here. 📶

    @ViCustomerCare It would be far better to spend money on expanding 5G network coverage nationwide rather than wasting it on useless advertisements.

    @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
