    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Vi has guaranteed for delivering of the sim on the day of booking itself but its been more than 3 days over after booking. Till now its not delivered or the agent tried contacting me. Is this the kind of service which you are offering to customer?

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is very bad after raising multiple complaints as well ..it looks like u guys don’t care ...With recent experience of two odd months very soon I will switch to Jio or Airtel ..I have been with u all for last 10 years post paid customer
