@mesounab @ViCustomerCare @TheSuhaniShah Other networks including BSNL, provide, free missed call alert, free caller tunes. We all know Bsnl don’t have 4g but provide VOWIFI in 3G technology. I don’t know why we want to stay in this network for poor services.

Dear @ViCustomerCare, Stop saying yourself, "India ka sabse tej 4G". I am not able to use the internet for the last 3 days. My sim network is fluctuating between one & two cells. Even can't connect to vi support via phone 198. I never saw such poor support.
