@ViCustomerCare My father, me and mother all use vi sim. But the internet service is very pathetic. Even when we have a tower just in next building. I have been complaining for a month now, you don't seem to care. So when the current recharge of all our simcards end, we leave.

@ViCustomerCare How instant was ur response when I posted my concern here for public to view… but when I DM u, I see there is no response… pathetic customer service… Vodafone was good… merger with Idea has just made it worse…
