    @ViCustomerCare Already complaining for past 6 month... do some resolutions... nothing will going to be resolved if your representive call and "tell that we understand your problem & our engineers working hard to.resolve the problem" I am hearing this for past 6 month. DO SOME CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

    @ViCustomerCare Seems like you have disabled my DND or shared my number to promoters (again). I have started receiving calls for AC service, number porting and SMSs related to phishing. When complained about the SMS (from registered telemarketer) you closed it within a minute.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I had filed a complaint that my number has incorrectly marked as corporate and customer segment should be changed, but no resolution, I cant make any change without going to a main VI center, support agent doesn't give proper reply
