    @ViCustomerCare Hi... I am not able to get sms on my number. Could you please tell me what exactly blocking it. It hampering my transactions due to unable reccived OTP. Tried to contact VI support through app but your Patthetic AI chat board is not that much capable

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, You have been charged Rs. 25 I am customer of VI since decade. Today i.e., 14 July 2022 I see that my account balance had been illegally deducted for some VAS(Value Added Service) which i haven't activated.

    @ViCustomerCare #No care for customer of 20years. MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.

We reached in bali and she is able to call till yesterday but now today at time of calling its saying outging call are barred. Try to reach cstomer service by vi app,they said to rplace sim. Worst servic

    Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @AnanyaBirlaX Please look into how @ViCustomerCare operates. Consumers won't mind paying Rs. 500 instead of Rs. 400. But please ensure you have the crucial network infrastructure in place, at least in cities like #Pune Else, shut this down for good instead of looting

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.
