    @ViCustomerCare Again an embarassing experience by so called service team. I have not got ONE response from @VodafoneGroup and customer service team which makes me trust the brand. 50 days and no info. @TRAI please help. I am sure there are compliance TATs that are breached here

    @ViCustomerCare 😔 it's been a month or more than , but still internet is not working or not providing us , And @jagograhakjago se bhi contact kiya tha but no good response and paisa bhi nhi de rhe h around 2k ka recharge bekar ho rha h

    @ViCustomerCare I raised a complaint on 3rd April and 5th April regarding my incoming calls , it's saying processed in app. But problem still remains. Such irresponsible support. No one even try to contact me and customer care guys only gives false consolation. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I visited your another centre and they charged 100 rs for sim replacement where as customer care executive said that sim replacement cost is only 50 rs where as in @airtelindia it is only 25 rs
