    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    What the fuckkk with vi .....I don't get proper network in my area even there r getting network of one two bar with 4G but internet not working i already logged complain resolve it as soon as possible MP-V02123974643 these is my complain no @ViCustomerCare

    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

    @ViCustomerCare noone is really doing their job at Ur team as of wt I know, every1 in this country is trying to feed their belly lying down on bed, private entities are now behaving worse than government entities, while public is being f@ked by everyone just for free #nonetwork #Iwantmysignal rn

    Hello there @ViCustomerCare I want to inform you that please install a network tower in my village so that we get the network speed stable and fast Vi network is very weak in our area which causes call drops and problems in online work,So if possible please make it possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻
