    @ViCustomerCare My number is Post paid. I want to convert my mode for Prepaid. I went to many times Vi Customer Care Bareilly.I request to convert my mode.I visit customer care on 16 & 24 December. But they don't convert my mode. Now I have only one way to Port SIM

    @ViCustomerCare my whats app just does not work without wifi and I am told it is because you mY be blocking ports used by WA. Please confirm if that is the case. In any case your network is abysmal.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I have already visited once to complete the documentation process and paid the remaining bill amount , now can't waste my time for vodafone inefficiency, will report to consume court and trai for such bad service and loss occurred due to deficiency in services
