    @ViCustomerCare I have lodged a complaint that I am unable to connect to the network since 22nd Feb. I was given a deadline of today 6 PM and there is no resolution for this. I have been on the idea network for more than 20 years and did not expect this type of service.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, veey bad experience while recharging  VI prepaid ph no 9654761791 of my relations through your Web site.The prepaid number was recharged by Rs100/= few days back but it even after 3,4 days the number is not activated.Pls see.Ak mattoo 9915585719

    @ViCustomerCare On which number which is ported out or shared number which was discontinued due to pathetic number. Currently only 2 active Vodafone number is active used by family number as it’s old number. Kept in basic phone for incoming only. I wanted my primary number at your network. Port

    @ViCustomerCare In my area Your Network is worst Even I can't get speed at 1MB your speed are less than 100kb why are you not understanding the situation of this area I'm complaining this issue with your customer care agent arround 2 years before in 2023 nothing changes
