    @ViCustomerCare I'm waiting since last 15 days. Your company claims you've best 4G network in India, but you can't reach out to me in 15 days. It shows how do you treat your customers! You guys only want customers money, but not willing to provide a service. Shame on you.

    Changed to 4G SIM. Phone not activated. How much time does it take to activate ? 5 hours ? The stupid IVR menu doesn't even have an option. The attendants are clueless. They keep in giving different numbers. What kind of services is @ViCustomerCare providing ? #Vi
