    @ViCustomerCare 1st changes my plan without proper intimation. Customer care says a SMS was sent and the old lower cost plan is no longer available, I switch to prepaid and now the postpaid retention is offering discount. Why increase the plan in the 1st place?

    @ViCustomerCare I have unsubscribed So many times to your whatsapp notification's SMS!! AND you STILL continue to spam me!! It simply doesn't work! What does one have to do to get rid of it? Why do you spam your OWN customers?!! 😒😠

    @ViCustomerCare why am I being charged for missed calls from spam numbers & insurance spam numbers & bank numbers on my postpaid while I am in UK? Please don't give me a resolution to temporarily suspend the number for an year as I have my number is linked to bank accs!
