    @ViCustomerCare It does not look like anyone at Vi Customer Service is smart enough to solve this issue...many people with many different.handsets from different manufacturers are having problems with VoLTE with Vi SIM. No worries ...I will simply not recharge and get a new Jio SIM

    @ViCustomerCare moved from Family plan to Individual name on 15 year old number 9819313783. Now number disconnected due to verification problem, without any verification being done. What’s happening VI. Tiered of running to stores and calling call centre😔
