    @ViCustomerCare what kind of services you people are providing, even after 24 hours my vi number is not activated .it's a important number for me.Even your local vi store can't provide any solution, your 199 number is not working @GoI_MeitY @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 3 TIME THEY ARE JUST GIVING 2,3 HOURS TIME FROM LAST 24 HOURS. till now not able to receive any msg and call ( bank otp ) Bcz of this I can't send money to my home.If something bad happens then I will see you guys in courts. Worst service 2/2

    @ViCustomerCare I have 15 year old idea no.and due to some technical fault I had changed my sim 10 days ago today your co. has suspended my service by saying that I have not done physical verification. My family has 6 VI numbers if my problem is not solved I will port them to jio

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Naina, the issue is that the postpaid network (and hence 4G) that I’ve subscribed to, completely loses strength to zero at a random point in the day and doesn’t come back for quite a bit of time which leaves me confused and causes inconvenience.
