    Dear @VodafoneIN i have visited your store TWICE personally as my sim not working. TWICE they gave me a replacement & assured me it will work. TWICE it has been rejected despite me giving original ID proof! Number of manager (pritam) assigned 2 me is out of service. #frustrated.

    @ViCustomerCare The internet speed and network connectivity are absolutely terrible—there is constantly just a single signal bar. If you cannot provide decent internet speeds or a reliable network, then just shut down your company; why are you even running it?
