    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team,It’s bn ovr 2 months my 4 nos. wer port out 4m Vi 2 Airtel. By wen cn I expect my security deposit back.Also I hvnt recvd ne confirmation of hw much SD r u holding. Im expecting mini. Rs.2k. Ur prompt respns n resolution wil be highly appreciated.

    @ViCustomerCare you can't even resolve one issue. I am facing no network outrage since last week. For last couple of days there is no network. Raised this issue last week as well.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Mr. Kumar for informing me that my concern has been discussed but please keep in mind that it is not resolved and can never be resolved unless it's given to me in writing that I won't face any issue further during roaming.

We are concerned about your issue and continue our efforts to improve our network in your area. In case you arent happy with our efforts, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Akib. I have no further patience and please I REQUEST OF Vi NOT TO CALL OR SMS SAYING ROAMING IS RESOLVED UNLESS THEY GUARANTEE IT! ALSO, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A WAIVER FOR A MONTH!!! I HAD A LOSS OF ABOVE 8 LAKHS JUST DUE TO YOUR NO SERVICE.

    @ViCustomerCare never recommending your service to someone. Your executive called that your billing amount is pending I cleared that immediately, but they never mentioned that I had a due amount too. Now all of a sudden they tell me adding the due I have pending amount.#NotFair

    No @ViCustomerCare network in Dharamshala for 4 days. I don't know the reason. Sim is okay till April 30th. Ridiculous to see nobody cares.

    @ViCustomerCare THE MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER CARE. MY DAD HAS PASSED AWAY AND TO REACTIVATE HIS NUMBER WHICH WAS LOST AMD LATER RECOVERED ITS BEEN TAKING FOREVER. NO ONE HAS BEEN OF ANY HELP. EOTHER UR APPEALTE EMAIL NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
