@VodafoneIN My grouse is apparent in the tweet Trisha, rather than a DM, like to see what some of the tweeple have to say about #VodafoneIN calling, then transfering the call to an executive after the customer accepts the call, all so that you can sell me some service that I don't need.

I had compliant to @VodafoneIN Care a fews days ago about the worst network connection. They had assured me that by 14th Feb they will solve my problem. But it is still the same no difference i had gotten.

@VodafoneIN I think my Sim is cloned. Becoz last month so many international msg was sent from my no. When I am sleeping and my mobile was off. After that continues my outgoing calls cut automatically. Sometimes network vanished whereas other no works properly. Specially in night net is slow

@ViCustomerCare I added Rs 39 talk time #vodafoneidea abruptly siphoned off Rs 25 falsely claiming that I hd opted for Contakt Gaming Service leaving me with just Rs 14. Then I made 2 cell calls of a few seconds each and they siphoned off the balance Rs 14. Looks like VI is getting desperate
