    @VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.

    @VodafoneIN Since the past 3 months, I have been getting extremely poor network reception at my home, and this issue is faced by all Vodafone subscribers. I get only one bar of network and that too, it is not 4G or 3G; it is Edge. Kindly send your network engineer to my address.

    @ViCustomerCare Regarding Service reference number is 3-103984813953 & 3-103986330226 From last 17 days my SIM is not working (It's message "No Services"). Customer care executive told me that within 3 working days my problem solved. But till date I have no signal in my mobile
