UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)Payments outstanding. (2)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service. This after paying as requested by @ViCustomerCare not surprising. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIdeaIN

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN I am using airtel service and was facing network issue so tagged them but that time I haven't recharged because of network issue so inspite of resolving the issue they asked me to recharge and then they claim to have good network
