    @ViCustomerCare i have ordered new prepaid sim online on 27th Apr in Bangalore and Promise delivery time is within 24 hrs ,But still not .Wht a worst service ever.. Pls refund my amount and go to hell

    @ViCustomerCare it doesn't make any sense that u remove SMS service from your min pack (₹99) so that customers have to buy a higher pack just to avail the basic service that is expected of a telecom operator. How is it even justified to recharge ₹129 pack just for 1 SMS. @TRAI

    Miserable service by @ViCustomerCare. For the past 2 months, they've been billing me with International Roaming charges unnecessarily. Despite of giving facts & having 2 open complaints regarding the bills, their team shamelessly calls us to pay the bill before due date.
