I visited that place & there was no data connectivity, hence I raised a concern. Please be fair & resolve this issue... Senseless!

NullVoid (@mixxvice) reported@ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.
