@ViCustomerCare need to raise complaint about billing. Your IVR is PATHETIC. The option to raise complaint is hidden deep somewhere and customers get more frustrated. Are you deliberately making it difficult to raise complaints? @PIB_India @DoT_India pls take note.

@reliancejio #5g After being on the Rs 2499 plan for 3 years and constant complaining to improve the network in Noida but no result moving to Vodafone India. The surprising part is @ViCustomerCare which is considered a bankrupt company is listening and improving the network.
