@ViCustomerCare My daughter from Gurgaon complaint many times to you people for the unavailability of the network in their high end society for over a week but no action has been taken. She is totally dependent on wifi and seriously considering switching to Airtel or Jio.

@ViCustomerCare A simple issue to replace a SIM is a challenge in this digital age - after 3 hours wait they’re processing my request AGAIN for the 2nd time. Still waiting. Spent 4.5 hours at Vi JMD Regent Square MG Rd Gurgaon Store now. Ridiculous! Have mercy on a senior citizen
