  @ViCustomerCare What about stopping spam SMS on normal days, which I never even opted in for? But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Never heard of this before.

  @ViCustomerCare I am highly disappointed at the way we have been treated. I am a VI customer since 1996. we gave SIM cards to my team members. They have left & their cards weren't used since long. As the bills weren't paid they have shut down services of my number +919167650561

  Putting it on record that @ViCustomerCare has not stopped the incessant flow of unsolicited promotional SMSes in violation of my DND registration despite repeated pleas. Robotic assurances with nil action. And a condescending call from a 'Customer Care' executive. Big let down.

  VI 4G is extremely unstable indoor network and data suddenly stops and came after airplane mode , and signal strength also very weak . In2026, basic indoor connectivity shouldn’t be a struggle. Please fix this urgently , if younot fix I quiet VI #VI #NetworkIssue @ViCustomerCare
