    @ShivanandDas10 @ViCustomerCare I'm filling a case as they promised alot of stuff and they take full money but provide nothing. Let's hold them responsible in front of law. I assure you they won't do ****. Won't help. Once for recharge ends they won't reply or bother to help.

    First there were network outages around 3am and then there has been no 4g connectivity for the whole day. How low can you go? @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare I complained a year ago about network issues in my area. You people said it'll take 3 months to rectify. Still there's no improvement. Same is the case with @ViCustomerCare . Both of you have been just giving fake assurances.
