@Rutuj00432590 @ViCustomerCare Wost customer service. I have DMed them all details till date no one followed up with me and nothing has been done. I paid Rs. 2300 for a special number till date no documents have been asked and no SIM card provided. And VI never cared i have given them all details.

Can’t belive that VODAFONE can be such a lowly thief that it activates value added services w/o customer’s consent and deduct balance. I’ve experienced this on all my V! no.’s. On top of that @ViCustomerCare never accept their wrong doing and keeps on arguing #vodafone #sucks

@ViCustomerCare,In the PIN 560034 fr the last 6 to 8 months, the internet speed has been too bad. I raised many concerns through the VI app, and always I.m getting calls asking the same Qs asked, assuring me of the fix. the next day ticket has been closed as it's resolved.

@reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia After having issues with VI connectivity and paying them for 3 months without actually getting any network, the VI have the guts to ask for more money. Porting is not allowed without paying dues and all dues were paid. What more?

@ViCustomerCare not being able to access HTTPS website/apps. Registered a complain on 23/02/23. Even VI app is not working. No support after complain. Poor service. Thinking of porting to @airtelindia or @reliancejio #vodafonesucks

@ViCustomerCare Resolve this now!!!! I’m really annoyed with your service. By bombarding people and calling me 5 times a day won’t help with sales targets. It’s a hassle at the moment to get it ported otherwise if push comes to shove I will.
