    @VodafoneIN I have a very problem with Vodafone 4g network any time when I was around my home area the network always lost direct 4g to convert ( H ) I HAVE REGISTER complaint to customer care many time. But did not get any solution please check the problem

    @ViCustomerCare why don't I receive OTP? It's the 3rd complaint. Everytime I complain, it is resolved for a day or two and then again no OTPs are received. What is going on?! I have missed vaccine slots due to this!

    @ViCustomerCare 2 hrs se no service aa rha hai.. 2 week se ek issue reslove nhi ho rha hai ... i made mistake firse 3 month recharge karke on 6 jun ....jo paisa hai kat le aur refund karho amt bekar service ... airtel and jio is better

    I have already paid money for buy sim card one time and this is your Vi Volte problem. Why I paid another money for SIM? I am very disappointed with your SIM problem. If you have not solution then tell me, I will moved to other Telecom Company. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Vi how can I contact to a customer care person... ?? I want to talk to you regarding the last recharge. I recently recharged through VI app and paid through Paytm, money was deducted but recharge balance still not yet reflected.

    @ViCustomerCare It's a known fact that VI is facing some technical issues regarding the Account Recharge. So you should at least do all of us a favour by posting when you would be able to resolve this issue rather than replying to each tweets with your pre prepared messages.
