    @VodafoneIN I have a very problem with Vodafone 4g network any time when I was around my home area the network always lost direct 4g to convert ( H ) I HAVE REGISTER complaint to customer care many time. But did not get any solution please check the problem

    @ViCustomerCare: Why are you hell bent on driving away loyal customer. You add a VAS charge without reason… and then you say it’s the customer who would hv done it… stop Cheating your Customers.

    Recorded 3 calls of @ViCustomerCare In which i was put on hold for 7-8 mins for 2 calls & on the 3rd call they are asking me to pay the remaining amount which i have never used Though i am ready to pay but they are asking me to go to the vi store I’d rather port. Vi is worst
