@VodafoneIN I have a very problem with Vodafone 4g network any time when I was around my home area the network always lost direct 4g to convert ( H ) I HAVE REGISTER complaint to customer care many time. But did not get any solution please check the problem

@ViCustomerCare Recently I went to VI store for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They verified my all documents and gave me prepaid sim. However, prepaid one never got activated. When I call your customer care they said I have to again go to VI store. I can't visit store again

.@vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare I ported out yday. Ur retention calls n SMS are a nuisance. When that didn’t work, ur customer care calling from +9120-71308104 forcing me to send SMS CANCEL <my number> to 1900. What Goondaism is this??? Ridiculous!! #Vi #ideacellular @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare After 20 yrs suddenly I have started receiving Class 0 message after every outgoing call followed by a SMS of same. Cust Support at 198 says can't take complaint & you can't talk to Appellate dept without closed complaint. Looks like Vi wants to lose subscribers
