  @ViCustomerCare seems to not consider #JammuKashmir to be part of India and hence their quality of service in the state. Still using 3G. And one cannot be reached or reach out with a single call.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Porting request C003-107162096727 is denied by @ViCustomerCare. Both your customer support is unresponsive but very responsive while taking money for porting out.
