@ViCustomerCare Don't purchase any VI service. They have worse service support also don't care of their customer concerns.i have registered lots of complaint against my VI no but they didn't respond against any of my concerns till yet already more than 12days has been passed away. No response.

You guys @ViCustomerCare don't even try to justify the data leakage of millions of users. You don't have proper systems, network and now nothing to secure private databases of customers as well. Total disaster .don't understand how come you are all still even existing.

@ViCustomerCare Vi sold the No 7996299999 2 yrs back to me. I ported out to Airtel. For medical reasons I went abroad. No Got deactive. Airtel ready to give. But Vi even after getting full payment, had snatched it back and not willing to release. This is 420. Please help @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Why the bloody hell on earth should i elaborate when you know the what breach has happened. You guys should be the one to "elaborate" and explain to your customers on what's the damage done with Cx data. So you better explain first.

@ViCustomerCare I am 10 years old user of Idea in ghaziabad. On the name of Sim upgrade from 3G to 4G, Ghaziabad vodaIdea care Ghaziabad centre stopped my service and now saying that I hv to convert it into postpaid,then only my service will start. Dis is condition of old user.

its very disgusting with @ViCustomerCare. I called Vi customer care for four times for international Roaming. Every person gave me assurance for getting full service in abroad if I have international roaming service. But now, no signal in Vi.

@ankit45730267 @ViCustomerCare Please flag #Mobikwik app as inappropriate in Google Play Store and make an official complaint at RBI citing the non adherence of the rules.They are saving scammers by delaying entire police proceedings .Most of the data leak and accounts hacks are happening through them
