    @ViCustomerCare why am I not able to receive OTP from Bank on my no.? Sort the issue immediately or next thing I'll do is port both my Vi numbers. Carrying your number is a head ache.

    Paying 129 to port a sim is not everyone's cup of tea. @ViCustomerCare i already have outgoing as well as talk time in my card so why I am not able to send message to 1900, why should I pay you 129 just to leave your network. So this is new business model? By looting customers?(3

    @ViCustomerCare you started cheating consumers by making your own rules that to send SMS you are forcing customer to recharge for RS 129 and above even though I have enough balance in my main account and my service validity is still active..@TRAI @DoT_India please look into it ..
