@ViCustomerCare I just switched to Vi and had pathetic experience, first in switching from jio to Vi and now i m traveling overseas inspite of request for international roming its not started very disappointed it seems i need to switch again to another service

@ViCustomerCare i have been deliberately charges one month extra on service charges despite requesting service disconnection on VI app and on raising the issue on Twitter your team contacted me and told me to settle for the given amount and they will refund my security deposit.

is there Mockery going on DND service.? @TRAI @DoT_India even i register for full DND still recieved promotional calls from banks for credit card. blacklisted that spam callers or Suspend there service.@ViCustomerCare you have to take such strict action on your spam call user's.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your customer care 199 didn’t register my complaint and requested me to contact 9891005215 no. Now the person is saying he can’t help as there is no person in the office . This is how u deal with customer complaint .
