    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Terrible experience at your VI Store near IMC Chamber, Churchgate. Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.

    @ViCustomerCare why on the earth is your service the worst? You legit show us 5G and call drop rates, no voice heard, is so so common on every single call. Why can’t you improve it? 😡

    @ViCustomerCare I am a student and I have to take love classes, but because of this stupid company, I am not able to take a single class. Sorry, just somehow let this one month pass. I am going to port to JIO. JIO people at least listen to the problem. I have been telling them this for 4 months
