    @ViCustomerCare You can't. Idea merger has killed the qualities Vodafone has. 2nd largest operators killed itself . It is been 3 years and situation is still same. No improvement in network or speed is still 20kbps. @JioCare port all my Vodafone number to jio even the Redx connection as well.

    @ViCustomerCare AS SOON AS I BUY A 5G PHONE, WUD PORT TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER . V I HAS NOT INVESTED MUCH MONEY IN UPGRADATION AS CONPARED TO OTHERS. SO VODA SERVICEZ WILL ALWAYS BE THIRD CLASS AS COMPARED TO JIO OR AIRTELL.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point. You guys are not willing to help. Every day a new staff ask the same set of questions but no one really tries to help. I have learned my lesson. Never buy @vodafone for self or family. I will ask friends to stay away from @vodafone well. Going to port out soon.
