  @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?

  @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Dear Team Vodafone.. if u dont stop calling 4 payment of bills b4 the due dates tht too like evryday den u will lose ur loyal subcriber of 15 yrs. Its harassment. der is bill date, der is autopay, never delayed for 15 yrs bt still these spam calls.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare facing the worst possible internet speed for the past 2 months. Have raised complaint multiple times but still not resolved. Tried again to raise a complaint today but guess what internet speed is so slow can't even raise a complaint in your app. Fix this ASAP
